From Elsewhere: What do you have to do to get kicked out of the Labour Party these days?

A killer, a thug and a racist conspiracy theorist, the sort of man whom Tony Blair thought deserved enoblement

To answer the question in the title it would certainly seem that in some circumstances, only the publication of pictures of a Labour activist naked and cavorting with a defrocked vicar on a bed covered with taxpayer cash would suffice. However, I’m not sure that even that would do the trick if the Labour person in charge was, for example, helping to get the bent postal votes out. If a Labour activist was this useful then he could probably survive revelations that he had been caught in flagrante with Jimmy Savile and Lassie in the dressing room for the Black and White Minstrel Show.

This must be the answer as to why Labour will probably let back their killer peer ‘Lord’ Ahmed into the fold, especially now that he as mouthed a probably false apology for saying that his conviction for death by dangerous driving was the result of a Jewish plot.

This scummy individual, enobled unwisely by the last Labour Government, has not only shown himself to be unfit for Ermine but also unfit for any public office. The misdemenours that so far have NOT seen him thrown out of the Labour party are: Killing someone whilst texting and driving, and threatening parliament by stating that if the Dutch anti-Jihadist Geert Wilders was allowed to speak at a private meeting in Parliament, then he would get 10,000 Islamic thugs to march on and presumably trash Parliament.

If Labour didn’t kick him out after these crimes and threats, why should anybody have any faith that a man who undoubtably helps to get the Islamic postal vote out, will be expelled for indulging in anti-Semitic conspiracy fantasies in the Pakistani media?

Dan Hodges in the Telegraph today has also called for the errant ‘Lord’ to be expelled from Labour.

Dan Hodges said:

“Apparently, Lord Ahmed has just apologised for his remarks about the Jewish community. In an interview with Mehdi Hasan in the Huffington Post, he says he “completely and unreservedly” apologises to “the Jewish community, to the judiciary, to the newspaper owners” for blaming Jewish-owned media organisations for his imprisonment for dangerous driving in 2009.

A bit more obliquely, he claims “he has “the greatest respect” for the Jewish community and could not “believe [the video] when I saw it”. He said his comments were “completely wrong”, “unacceptable” and the product of a “twisted mind” – but took “full responsibility” for them. Seeing the comments were his, it’s hard to see who else could be responsible. As for the “twisted mind”, well, you said it, m’lord.

Lord Ahmed has apologised, and that can now mark the end of the matter. Ed Miliband can throw him out of the Labour Party forthwith.

No need for any further “investigations” or “inquiries”. Ahmed has admitted expressing the anti-Semitic views attributed to him. No mistranslation this time.

He’s held his hand up. He did it. Time for him to go.”

Yes, it is time for Ahmed to go. If Ed Milliband finds that he either can’t do without, or is too weak and cowardly to kick out Ahmed, then he will have shown where Labour’s priorities lie. It will be then very plain to see that the Labour party is no longer the party for Mr and Mrs worker but the party of the imported Islamic killer, thug and racist. Hopefully Mr Milliband will see sense and decide that is not how he wants his party to be seen.
