More evidence that ‘hate speech’ and incitement laws only work one way

The Scales of Justice balanced in turbulent Islamo-turd Anjem Choudhury’s favour yet again.

A short while ago the Islamic waste of space cleric Anjem Choudhury called on his followers to claim British benefits in order to live on, whilst they work to destabilise and attack the United Kingdom, and he also called for the deaths of Prime Minister David Cameron and US President Barack Obama and in addition insulted The Queen.

If it had been anybody else who had done these acts, and who was for example a member of an anarchist or patriotic group who had said these things, one thing at least could be guaranteed, and that would be that they most likely be arrested for ‘threat to kill’ or some other ‘encouragement of hatred’ offence. This near certainty of legal sanction for non-Muslim groups who offend and the free pass given to those groups run by the likes of Choudhury put into sharp relief the unequal and advantageous way that Islamofash entities are treated by the police and the judicial system.

The Daily Mail which covered this story said that the police and prosecutors stated that ‘The material fell below an evidential threshold to pursue a criminal case against him.’ Many people will find the idea of a representative of a violent political ideology calling for the death of our PM (however much of an idiot the holder of the office may be) inately criminal and prosecutable. Why then are such dangerous men as Choudhury given a free pass whereas those from counterjihad groups for example are not?

The Daily Mail said:

“A controversial Muslim cleric will not face action despite telling his followers to claim benefits and saying David Cameron should be killed.

Telling fellow fanatics to claim ‘jihad seeker’s allowance’, Anjem Choudary, who in the past has planned to disrupt the minute’s silence on Remembrance Sunday, also openly mocked hard-working Britons, calling them ‘slaves’.

The Sun newspaper secretly filmed him saying Islam will overrun Europe, David Cameron and Barack Obama should be killed, and called the Queen ‘ugly’.

The newspaper gave its evidence to the authorities, but Thames Valley Police today said: ‘The material fell below an evidential threshold to pursue a criminal case against him.’

After the incident, Choudary said he had been ‘joking’ and his words had been misconstrued. He also maintained that Osama Bin Laden was his ‘hero’.

The father-of-four takes home more than £25,000 a year in benefits and lives in a £320,000 house in Leytonstone, East London.

He told a crowd of around 30 fanatics: ‘People will say, “Ah, but you are not working”. But the normal situation is for you to take money from the kuffar (non-Muslim).”

This case shows not only the appeasement of violent Islamic groups by the organs of the state which goes on far too much, but also how Labour’s ‘hate speech’ laws are being applied unequally to different groups. The scales of justice should not be ‘bent’ and, as the Bible says, justice should not be denied or made favourable to particular groups, justice should ideally be equal.

It certainly seems that in the case of Anjem Choudhury the scales of justice have indeed been loaded in the favour of him and that makes the law unfair for the rest of us. The longer Choudhury is allowed to walk the streets unmolested, the more people will make the assumption that the British justice system has been perverted.

If a person makes a credible threat to kill then that is already an offence which is arrestable.  In the UK we have seen that Islamic groups have killed British Citizens and therefore any threat from that quarter should be taken seriously.

Choudhury has made a threat to the Prime Minister that could in the current climate appear credible and he has called on his followers to cheat Britain’s welfare system. If a member of any other group called for the death of politicians or encouraged fraud how long do you think it would be before that person found themselves arrested and in front of a Magistrate? It would not be long, especially if the person making the threat was a member or an associate of a group that the political Left disapproves of, for collars to be felt and cell doors slam. Surely what Choudhury has done has met reasonable evidential standards and therefore it is certainly long past time for something to be legally done about him.

We really don’t need fifth columnists like Choudhury walking the streets of this country any longer and he most definitely needs to be nicked for the sake of all of us and for the sake of the image of justice in Britain.

Biblical quote on justice and the selling of justice

Deuteronomy Chapter 16 Verses 18 to 20

“18 You must appoint judges and civil servants for each tribe in all your villages that the Lord your God is giving you, and they must judge the people fairly. 19 You must not pervert justice or show favor. Do not take a bribe, for bribes blind the eyes of the wise and distort the words of the righteous. 20 You must pursue justice alone so that you may live and inherit the land the Lord your God is giving you.” (New English Bible Translation)

Hummmm….compare this to my local newspaper where folks who stated their concerns for a mosque are called bigots and racist hill-billys (personally I find being labelled in such a way offensive!)and then on top of this an investigation led by police (front page headlines a couple of weeks later) into comments opposing the mosque. I have to say that the many, many comments under investigation did not even hint at lives being threatened or anything which suggested such violence. It appears that if you are opposed to Islam and openly state so, you should be openly ridiculed and be under police investigation, but if you are muslim and call for the Prime Minister and head of USA to be killed it is not a criminal offense and should be brushed under the carpet. Grrrrr! It’s complete madness! What particularly leaves a bitter taste in my mouth is the fact that he is openly living off our money.

I know of the area and the particular newspaper of which you speak. I also saw comments opposing the mosque and those that I saw were not of the ‘threat to life’ nature that would invite police attention. Threats to ‘contaminate land’ which was featured in the newspaper only come about when people get frustrated at the outright appeasment of Islam that goes on. I spoke to someone from that particular area and they were really shocked to find that a local community centre, The Kindle Centre was not only pandering to a local non moderate Islamic group but also giving them a front page publicity facility which appears to be denied to other groups. The behaviour of the police in that particular situation is nothing short of craven.

      See: http://farenheit211.wordpress.com/2012/09/20/another-possible-herefordshire-useful-idiot-police-superintendent-charlie-hill/

It is complete madness and the pandering and appeasement needs to stop.
