Sometimes something happens that despite the threats and despite the fear and despite the rampant collusion by government authorities with Islam, makes me want to burst out laughing.
One such thing was the so-called ‘Million Muslim March’ on Washington DC. The extremist Islamic group behind this march, the American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) believed that they could fill central DC with hundreds of thousands of screaming anti-democratic head-cases, but instead could muster only a handful. Early reports stated that the AMPAC demo could only get a couple of hundred to attend, but later reports showed that numbers were considerably less than that. This is despite massive publicity by AMPAC and despite being granted a Government permit to demonstrate, that was denied to the ‘Freedom Bikers’, who wished to show their respects for those who were murdered by Islamic terrorists on September 11th 2001.
The Left-Wing Huffington Post reported:
“An event initially billed as the “Million Muslim March” and set to be held in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, the 12th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, is set to fall far short of its attendance goal.
According to the Weekly Standard, a memo sent to tenants of a downtown D.C. office building in anticipation of the rally, since renamed the “Million Americans Against Fear,” said to expect “somewhere in the hundreds, not thousands, of participants,” according to police estimates. The participants are set to begin marching at noon.
The likely shortcoming could have been predicted. Organizers at the group American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) didn’t exactly do a lot to engender sympathy for an event held on one of the most emotionally charged days of the year. The group is led by M.D. Rabbi Alam, a professed 9/11 truther who has pushed controversial anti-Semitic conspiracy theories about the attacks. AMPAC’s plans outraged conservative outlets earlier this year, though many cited the religion of the organizing group, rather than the fringe beliefs behind the event.
Organizers of the Million Americans Against Fear rally have defended the timing of their event by noting that “Muslim[s] and Non Muslim[s] alike were traumatized” on Sept. 11, 2001. AMPAC has insisted that the march will be about civil rights, indefinite detention and countering inaccurate depictions of Islam and Muslims. It also appears, however, that trutherism will still play a significant role; the DC Area 9/11 Truth Movement and Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth Movement are currently listed as partners.”
Later updates on the number of attendees to the Million Muslim March downgraded the numbers of those participating even further, to between 20 to 30 or so demonstrators.
A counter demonstration, held by motorcyclists, who were denied a ‘non-stop’ ride through permit by Leftist civil servants in Washington DC, attracted far more participants than was expected. The British newspaper, the Daily Mail, reported that it took 50 minutes for the cavalcade of patriotic bikers to pass by, such were the numbers of riders attending.
Pictures, similar to the one below, show throngs of freedom riders taking to the streets in a peaceful and respectful demonstration against the terror and other threats that Islam has brought to the United States of America.
The news that Islamic fundamentalists would be gathering to display their hate filled ideology to the centre of the US capital also brought other counter-demonstrators out on the streets. Christians were among those who turned out to protest the presence of Islamic extremists and their Left-wing allies who were polluting DC on the 12th anniversary of Islamic terrorists killing thousands in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.
Video of the bikers show rider after rider defying, what they say is the politically motivated denial of a ‘no stop’ permit for the ride. The freedom riders saw that the ban was an attempt by those who wish to pander to Islam to silence opposition to the vile ideology that murders and rapes with virtual impunity.
Well done to the Freedom Riders, they are an inspiration to us all.
