We don’t only need to keep them off the road, we need to get them out, and keep them out, of the country.

Mark Harper, British Immigration minister

The Government has announced that new legislation will be brought in to prevent illegal immigrants accessing services paid for by British Citizens and also has a headline-catching clause which will ban illegal immigrants from having British driving licences.

Would it be too presumptive to ask why are these illegal immigrants here in the first place? Why are they not stopped at the doors of the nation or even prior to that?

Although cracking down on abuse of services and facilities by illegals is to be welcomed, it doesn’t help in stopping the flow of immigrants in the first place. Also, this legislation only affects illegal immigrants, those who have slipped in surreptitiously, or who have come in on false visas or who overstay on student visas. This law will not affect the massive numbers of foreigners who are legally here, whose presence may be disturbing or dangerous, nor those who are bleeding our services and our welfare system dry.

The Daily Telegraph reported:

Banks will also be told to refuse to open accounts for foreigners who are not entitled to be in Britain.

The Coalition’s Immigration Bill will also require some foreign nationals to pay a £200 surcharge to use the NHS.

The legislation is the Government’s response to the rise of the UK Independence Party and growing public unease about immigration.

The Bill will give the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency powers to check the immigration status of people applying for a licence. In addition, immigrants who are found to have overstayed in Britain will have their licences revoked.

Bank staff will be legally required to check applicants’ details against databases held by anti-fraud organisations. The Home Office said that such databases hold government data on “tens of thousands of illegal migrants”.

Despite doubts about its viability, the Bill will also contain a legal requirement for private landlords to check the immigration status of tenants.

Ministers said the changes will make life harder for illegal immigrants in Britain, reducing the “pull factors” that encourage people to remain without permission.

Mark Harper, the immigration minister, said the Coalition was striking a balance between legitimate immigrants who benefit the economy and illegal immigration.

We will continue to welcome the brightest and best migrants who want to contribute to our economy and society and play by the rules,” he said. “But the law must be on the side of people who respect it, not those who break it.”

Some of these provisions are just laughable. Does anybody in their right mind think that an Islamic ‘Rachman’ Mohammed’ will do any of these immigration checks on their tenants or that any of the Briton-hating Labour authorities will go after such landlords? Also if our government has such a database of ‘tens of thousands of illegal immigrants’ why are they still here? Why are they not in handcuffs being sent back from whence they came?

This country has been genuinely helped in the past by the relatively small number of quality immigrants who came here and created new businesses, new industries, worked hard or who fought for this country against its enemies. The mass importation of those who do not wish to integrate; or who commit crimes; or take up job opportunities that should be going to our own citizens; or who come here to abuse our health, social or education services have been anything but a help.

To put things into perspective, more people have come to Britain under the lax immigration regimes of Labour and Conservative during a 10 year period than came in every previous wave of immigration over the last 40 years. The number of people allowed in to the country during the Labour years dwarfed the 140,000 Jews who brought their culture of learning with them during the great 19/20th century migration, it also far exceeded the numbers of people who came in other immigration waves. Labour let in more people than were allowed in from the Caribbean to work on the buses and railways during the 40’s and 50’s, more than the Huguenots who fled religious oppression and brought complete new industries with them. Labour propped the doors open purely out of a desire for destruction of our nation.

This legislation will do nothing, absolutely nothing to prevent the ethnic and religious cleansing that is going on in places like Newham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Harringey, Leicester, and elsewhere. In one of these places, Newham, the proportion of white British residents has sunk to an all time low of 16%. and as you can expect, the quality of life for the remaining British people in these areas is sinking fast. Elsewhere, you can walk down the Seven Sisters Road in North London, for example, from Seven Sisters underground station to Manor House underground station and not hear a word of English spoken on the street, a distance of about two miles.

Also what is alleged to be happening in some boroughs and areas is that older people, who have paid into the National Insurance system all their lives, find that the services they need to have a good quality of life have been withdrawn or rationed, and the money often used to pay for such things as the tragic inbred and diseased offspring of Islamic cousin marriage. Discriminating against people in this way could be punishable under Article III of the International Genocide Convention which states that “Deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to destroy a group” counts as an offence under that convention, and you do not have to kill people to destroy a culture or destroy a nation, you just have to create policies that are prejudicial to that culture or nation. Creating a situation where the indigenous population (and in the areas concerned the indigenous are both white and black) are made to feel so uncomfortable and so frightened that they have no alternative but to leave looks very much like a form of genocide or at the very least, government inspired ethnic cleansing.

Although nobody is at present being killed in the areas that people are fleeing from, that doesn’t mean that such a situation would not arise in the future. Breaking people’s windows and veiled threats of violence to get people to move out of an area as has happened to elderly non-Muslims in Luton for example. It is not the same as the Cossacks forcibly removing the Jews from Russia but it could so easily become such a scenario and it is one that we must fight to prevent. Also the gerrymandering of council wards and political constituencies to favour one particular group also contributes to people losing their democratic voice and therefore they see no alternative but to leave.

You don’t have to murder people en masse to be guilty of genocide or ethnic cleansing, you just have to import so many criminals, welfare spongers and others whose culture is so at odds with our society, that life becomes unbearable in the areas where the criminals and other undesirables have been placed. People fleeing from areas where they have lived for generations because for example, an area has become ‘Islam-ised’ and therefore unsafe for them and their children, is a form of ethnic, racial and religious cleansing.

This legislation is nothing more than window dressing, designed to give the Conservatives the image of being tough on immigration in order to prevent previously committed Tories and floating voters, from voting for the United Kingdom Independence Party. This new law is sound and fury that signifies absolutely nothing at all.

We do not need to play around with things like this, that sound good but ultimately achieve nothing, we need to seal our borders and expel those whose presence here is not wanted, is disruptive, or which does not contribute to our society. Both Labour and Conservative governments have handed out British passports like sweeties at a children’s party, it is now time to rip up these passports and expel those who are not wanted. If we do not, then we will not have a nation to call our own any more. It is time to tell Britain’s greedy imported interlopers that they will no longer be indulged.

    Gestapo/KGB/Sasi tactics.

“Get the people to grass, and we can cut our staff, and costs, to the bone.”

This is not “Improving the system.” It is privatising the immigration force… (oh Sooooo sorrryyy, “Service.” Or whatever these wankers like to call it this week.)

I still think that these rules are sound and fury and nothing more. Re the subject of grassing, this has been the state of play since New Labour got into power. If someone had told me 25 years ago that children would be encouraged to grass on their parents over things like political views, recycling, energy use, attitudes to Islam and homosexuality etc, then I would not have believed them. The brainwashing of our children to accept that should never have been accepted is one of many things that I cannot forgive the Labour party for. The British state school system is one of the best arguments around for home schooling.

The new rules are purely an electoral trick and will do nothing to sort out the problems that both Labour and Conservative governments have caused.

We told you (In the days before internet) and we were put down as “Tin foil hatters.”

NOW you are begining to BELIEVE that what the National Front said is true….or, have you something against that, because it comes from a member of a party that was ridiculed, liabeled, and “destroyed” by the communist run “media?”

        WE TOLD YOU!!!

I marched way back in the day against the Front to make sure that my law abiding black mates were not treated like rubbish, either by ignorant civilians or the police. I did not march for the Labour party who propped the doors of the nation open and brought in laws that treated both the indigenous white people and the settled black population differently and played power games with advantageous/disadvantageous behaviour/reward. Neither did I march for the imposition of Islam. Back then the problems with immigration were not as great as they are now, and IMO we were on our way to organically working out differences honestly. Political correctness has been a serious block to honest discussion of problems and finding solutions. However, what happened during the Labour years of misrule was the use of immigration as a tool of deliberate destruction. I have my own reasons for being wary of the British National Front (the French Front National is a different kettle of fish and seems to have dealt with many of the problems that put people off voting for them in the past) as I was familiar with some of their members in the area where I grew up, and they were not people who I would be comfortable being in a position of authority over me or those I love.
