Bobby Jindal names the enemy

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal

Although it is unlikely, based on current polling figures, that the Governor of the US State of Louisiana, Bobby Jindal, will end up as the next occupier of the Oval Office, there is one action that he has taken that makes him seem a whole lot more ‘Presidential’ than the current incumbent, Barak Obama. The action that Mr Jindal has taken has been to name the enemy of freedom as radical Islam, something that Mr Obama has been distinctively unwilling to do. Throughout both his two terms in office, Mr Obama has gone out of his way not to tell the truth about Islam, which is that it contains a significant minority of violent headbangers who desire the death or enslavement of all non-Muslims. It was refreshing to say the least to see Mr Jindal tell the truth about radical Islam and although he has peppered some of his comments with conciliatory words towards non-violent Muslims, he has at least addressed the issue of Islamofascism.

The first crucial stage in fighting an enemy is to name them, describe them and explain to people why that particular people, nation or ideology is the enemy. This naming of the enemy was essential to mobilising people against the two great evil ideologies of the 20th century, fascism and communism and free people’s will not be able to fight Islamofascism unless it is named and described as an enemy of freedom.

Mr Jindal has said that the world and especially the Islamic world must face the fact that ‘Islam has a problem’.

The Daily Caller website in an article published on the 15th January 2015 prior to a speech Mr Jindal made in London UK said:

If Islam does not support what is happening in the name of Islam, then they need to stand up and stop it,” Jindal says in prepared remarks released by his office ahead of his Monday speech in London. “Many Islamic leaders argue that these are the acts of a radical few.”

I will warn you in advance that I’m going to say some things that are not politically correct, so brace yourselves,” Jindal, a potential Republican candidate for president, will say at the Henry Jackson Society on Monday.

To be clear, I have no interest in defaming any religion, nor do I have any interest in assigning the maniacal acts of radical Islamists to millions of Muslims worldwide,” Jindal says. “I’m interested only in dealing with reality and facts.”

And the fact is that radical Islamists do not believe in freedom or common decency nor are they willing to accommodate them in any way and anywhere,” Jindal says. “We need to stop pretending otherwise.”

Mr Jindal also stated that it was foolish to believe that radical Islamists are not a threat and a problem.

Mr Jindal called on Islamic leaders to publicly denounce Islamic terror and Jihad and by doing so put the ball in their court. This move puts the onus on Islamic leaders to either choose freedom or choose to support Jihad.

He also stated the fact that there is a significant minority of Muslims who support Jihad and support Islamofascism and the article added:

““How many Muslims in this world agree with these radicals?” Jindal says. “I have no idea, I hope it is a small minority. But it is clear that far too many do, and it is clear that they must be stopped.”

Jindal will say that Muslim leaders need to emphasize that anyone who would commit “acts of terror in the name of Islam is in fact not practicing Islam at all.”

If they refuse to say this, then they are condoning these acts of barbarism,” Jindal says. “There is no middle ground.”

Although he is trying to reach out to non violent Muslims by stating that he hoped that it was only a small minority, it is becoming increasingly clear that the number of Muslims who either actively support Jihad or passively support it by keeping quiet about Jihadist activity is much higher than we’ve been told by the various Islamopanderers who have infested many of the public services and education departments in both Britain and the United States.

Mr Jindal was correct in saying there is no middle ground on this issue just as there was no middle ground when Britain and the USA faced down German National Socialism and Russian Bolshevism. Islamofascism is an enemy that must be confronted and destroyed.

Mr Jindal’s comments have of course brought out the Islamic communities whiners and those who are too quick to shout ‘Islamophobia!’ The International Business Times has quoted American Islamic leaders of ‘fearmongering’ after other comments from Mr Jindal stating that those who believe in Shariah and Jihad should not be allowed to settle in or visit the United States. This is the usual laughable obfuscation from Islamic leaders when their ideology is challenged. In my opinion if fear, hatred and a desire to fight back are appropriate ways to feel and act towards the violent and thuggish ideology of Islam.

The International Business Times said:

Muslim American groups are rejecting Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal’s suggestion that people espousing radical Islamic views be barred from entering the United States, calling it a move to promote himself for the presidential campaign. The remarks are only the most recent in a series of misguided attempts to burnish Jindal’s 2016 credentials at the expense of the Muslim community, activists said.

What he is doing is fearmongering,” said Haris Tarin, the director of the Washington office of the Muslim Public Affairs Council. “This is another one of those issues where he is using fear to garner votes and the latest in a line of remarks he has made over the past few months to try to seem relevant for the 2016 elections.”

The best answer to these Islamowhiners is to say that this is a situation where ‘MRD applies’ or in other words ‘They would say that wouldn’t they?’ As usual with the Islamowhiners it’s always somebody else’s problem, and they never tell us the truth, which is the reason why Islam is disliked and distrusted is because non-Muslims are becoming more familiar with Islamic ideology and its hatefulness and the often disgusting actions of Muslims.

The International Business Times continued:

Jindal previously sparked controversy during the aftermath of the January attacks in Paris with claims that certain areas around Europe had become “no-go zones” where non-Muslims were not allowed. The politician also warned of “dangerous” Muslims “who want to come to our country but not adopt our values,” in a speech on Jan. 19, prompting some to criticize him for promoting anti-Muslim views.

While speaking to a conservative think tank on Monday, Jindal made the suggestion that the government should not permit entry to the U.S. to anyone who would “use the freedoms we give them to undermine the freedoms we grant to everyone. So in other words we shouldn’t tolerate those who want to come and try to impose some variant of, some version of Shariah law,” he said.”

I cannot, in all honesty, see anything at all wrong with non-Muslim nations wishing to prevent the backwardness of Shariah Law becoming established within their borders. Just as the United States quite rightly decided that although it wanted immigrants, it didn’t want the smallpox or tuberculosis that some immigrants may have brought in and therefore screened people at Ellis Island to prevent these terrible illnesses afflicting the American people. Shariah is completely different from other religious legal codes such as Church Canon Law or Jewish Halacha because neither of these religious codes impinge on the rights of non-believers, and when extremists have attempted to impinge, the majority of the community has slapped down the extremists. We don’t see the majority of Muslims slapping down Shariah promoters and that is something that should give us all cause to worry. It is because of that significant difference between these three religious legal codes that free nations should do all in their power to fight back against Shariah.
It is a terrible indictment against Barak Obama’s administration that Bobby Jindal, a relatively unlikely challenger for the presidency, should say the words that we should be hearing from the President himself. Mr Jindal has named the enemy, what wouldn’t the free world give to hear the current resident of the White House do the same.
