I hope he sues the living hell out of the Metropolitan Police

Matthew Doyle - Political prisoner

The appalling case of Matthew Doyle who was arrested for tweeting about his conversation with a Muslim woman in Croydon, Surrey looks like it may well come to a conclusion, not with a bang, but with a whimper by the Metropolitan Police.

So eager were the local police to appease Islam and ingraciate themselves with Muslims that Croydon Police overstepped their authority by arresting and charging Mr Doyle for a a public order offence. The Croydon police, led by Chief Superintendent Andy Tarrant, did not have the legal authority to charge Mr Doyle with such an offence as these type of public order offences can only be prosecuted by the Crown Prosecution Service.

Because of this massive error on the police’s part, Croydon police and CS Tarrant, who has spent a significant part of his career in some of London’s more Islamified areas, which may have influenced this arrest and others like it, have been severely embarrassed.

Not only that but MetPol Croydon are also probably going to have to shell out a large amount of money to Mr Doyle for wrongful arrest and illegal detention. It seems that Mr Doyle is going to sue the police over this and I don’t blame him. I’d advise all those who are disgusted with the actions of Islamopandering police areas such as that overseen by CS Tarrant to support Mr Doyle in his endeavours.

Not only has Mr Doyle has his liberty infringed unlawfully, but he has also had computers and other electronic goods siezed when the police called at his home* and been targetted by members of Britain’s idiotic and vengeful political Left. Croydon police’s willingness to appease Islam even though their actions were said to be illegal and the prospect of being sued for their actions means that, in the words of the blogger Ambush Predator, ‘it’s brown trousers time’ for MetPol Croydon.

The police issued a press statement on the subject of this disasterous and overtly politically driven arrest and said:

Matthew Doyle, 46 (30.12.69) of South Croydon was charged by police on Friday, 25 March, with an offence under Section 19 of the Public Order Act 1986.

Following discussion with the Crown Prosecution Service, Mr Doyle is no longer charged with the offence and will not be appearing at court.

Police may not make charging decisions on offences under Section 19 of the Public Order Act.

There will be further consultation with CPS.

If the CPS have any sense whatsoever then they will drop this matter as proceeding with it will only make matters worse.

The police have not only made themselves look like utter fools in how they have handled this case they have also revealed to the world that they are as bent as a nine bob note. We’ve seen quite clearly in this case how Croydon MetPol jerked their knees and put Islam and Muslims first and thought about asking questions later. After this incident there will be a whole lot more people who have a lot less respect or trust for the Metropolitan Police. No wonder that a growing number of ordinary decent nominally law-abiding people are more than happy to refer to Britain’s police forces as ‘filth’.

*Excellent article from Crimebodge on why you should never, ever allow the police into your home. Unless the police have a solid reason or evidence that a crime has been committed then the police should be told to sod right off. If the police insist on entry or break down your door then you’ve got the police bang to rights.

  1. Doyle must sue the Metropolitan Police.
There are people in this country inciting hatred and violence against our society and yet the police do nothing about it. Doyle was merely asking a simple question and they arrested and detained him.
What is going on in this country? Are we missing something?

HUNT FOR POLICE OFFICERS AGAINST WHICH TO MAKE COMPLAINTS…they are terrified of “Formal Resolution Complaints” made by members of the Public.

Those complaints are as powerful as “courts-martial” and they remain on that officer’s record, for their entire career. If any person sees (or just hears of) a wrong-doing, by a Police officer, they can make a complaint, then, too…you need not have been the person aggrieved! When the Police made themselves become our enemies, they made us become THEIR enemies, too! Make them know it!

(Start studying how to make a really effective “Formal Resolution” complaint against the Police – be ready, be unstoppable!) “Crimebodge” is a great start, too!
