Video – Ezra Levant telling it like it is to an audience who doesn’t want to hear

Mr Ezra Levant of Rebel Media

In this video Ezra Levant, a not very religious Jew, tells how he was invited to give a talk on Yom Kippur this year to a synagogue local to him and also how he gave the audience a lot more than they bargained for. Ezra Levant gave his audience a set of truths that some of them really didn’t wish to hear.

He was reluctant to do a talk at first as he thought that he wasn’t learned in religion and didn’t feel that politics had a place in either synagogue or church but in the end he agreed to speak after the synagogue chair insisted. He spoke to the synagogue members about how Canada is, outside of Israel, probably one of the safest places to be Jewish in today’s world. He spoke of how Canadian Jews have been given the freedom to be themselves and live and worship in peace.

He added that there is no better place for Jews than Canada and no better time than now. Mr Levant then broke people out of their complacency and comfort by saying that at one point Palmera and Constantinople were once good places, like Canada is today, that is until the Muslims invaded. Mr Levant told his audience that even places like Malmo in today’s Sweden are a Muslim hell hole where he cannot visit without a security detail. He asked his audience of content and comfortable Jews whether they thought Canada would go the same way of Malmo, Palmira and Constantinople? He said it might if the current Canadian government continued to import Muslims at the rate they are doing.

He asked his audience how long Canada will be safe for Jews if Islam grows. He admitted that there are of course good Muslims who respect Canadian values but the problem is that none of these ‘refugee’ Muslims are being properly vetted. He said that the situation facing Canada regarding Muslims is similar to a nation in the 1930’s allowing in hundreds of thousands of Germans and not checking to see which ones are Nazis and which ones were fleeing the Nazis.

He counselled his Jewish audience to not get wrapped up in the whole Syrian refugees thing as many of these Syrians are not nice people. Syria he said was one of the most misogynistic and anti-Semitic places on earth and that large proportion of the Syrian refugees are Jew haters who are on the side of ISIS.

I’ve read a lot of Yom Kippur writings and musings this year, but this is without doubt the best one I’ve read or heard. It’s a warning not just to Jews but to everyone about the danger of importing Islam into civilised societies, It is also a call for people to take a far more robust view of Islam and of Muslim migrants many of whom are bringing serious problems with them. It is also a warning about the dangers of virtue-signalling especially over the ‘refugee’ issue as by allowing our hearts to rule our heads we may be unwittingly assisting in the creation of a nightmare. We need realism when faced with Islam and this video is the sort of realism that some of Mr Levant’s audience didn’t want to hear.

I was extremely impressed with this video and I’d say that regarding it it doesn’t matter whether you are Jewish or not, this is a remarkable bit of oratory which really does deserve to be heard. Full marks to Mr Levant for telling the truth and for telling it to some of those who were reluctant to hear.
