Update on the ‘Free speech versus Fiyaz Mughal’ case – This time with added comic song

Regular readers of this blog will be aware of the upcoming trial of Tim Burton of Liberty GB. He is being dragged into court on charges of ‘racial and religious harassment’ by Fiyaz Mughal aka ‘Fizzy Bollocks’ of the discredited Tell Mama ‘Islamophobia’ monitoring organisation. Fiyaz ‘Fizzy Bollocks’ Mughal is one of Britain’s foremost ‘hate crime’ bullshitters and not for nothing is Mr Mughal known as ‘the mendacious grievance mongering taqiyya artist’ par excellence. His organisations, most notably Tell Mama, have been exposed in the past by both mainstream and alternative media for ‘talking up’ alleged ‘Islamophobic attacks’ and basically being economical with the truth.

Mughal and his organisations are very touchy about criticism, they regularly issue legal threats to critics, even those critics who are dealing with them in a very polite manner. They definitely don’t like being reminded that they lost a large tranche of their public funding a few years back because they were caught out lying about the number of alleged ‘Islamophobic attacks’ Fiyaz Mughal is bringing the charge against Mr Tim Burton merely because Mr Burton cracked a joke at Mughal’s expense. What Mr Burton did to warrant a Crown Court trial at vast public expense was only for Fiyaz ‘Fizzy Bollocks’ Mughal to take offence at a facetious job application that Mr Burton put into Tell Mama for the post of ‘researcher’.

Fiyaz threw a giant hissy-fit about both the joke job application and the fact that he was even contacted by Mr Burton and went stomping off to the police whining to them about how he felt ‘harassed’ by the joke. Now in a sensible and if I may say so unbiased legal system the police and the prosecution authorities would have told Mughal to either sod off or ignore the joke. It is certainly not something that the proverbial ‘man on the Clapham omnibus’ would consider as a ‘threat’.

Unfortunately we in the UK do not have a sensible or unbiased legal system. Because Fiyaz Mughal is a Muslim, and the Establishment has come over all Islamopandering. This along with other reasons, such as the fact that Fiyaz Mughal has friends and contacts within the Crown Prosecution Service, which may have given him undue influence in whether or not this prosecution went ahead has meant that an act of comedy is being treated as an act of harassment. The prosecution authorities because of these reasons have decided to come over all too eager to pander to him and treat him as ‘special’. Therefore a case that probably should never have been anywhere near a court is being tried.

Tim Burton and Liberty GB have issued an update to the case which I’ve reproduced below and it also contains a link to a programme on Red Fox Radio where Mr Burton goes into more detail about the case that is being brought. The programme also has a comic song all about a previous encounter in court in Birmingham between Mr Burton and Fiyaz ‘Fizzy Bollocks’ Mughal.

Here’s the song ‘The Ballad of Fizzy Bollocks’ as an MP3/Audiomack link

Here’s the update from Liberty GB about the latest attempt by Fiyaz Mughal to prosecute Mr Burton. Let’s hope that this attempt is as unsuccessful as the last one.

Further to our recent updates concerning the Liberty GB representative Tim Burton, who is currently once again facing trial for calling a Mendacious Grievance-Mongering Taqiyya-Artist a – well, a Mendacious Grievance-Mongering Taqiyya-Artist – we thought you might like to listen to this radio interview where Tim explains the latest developments to Ms Kelly Fitzgerald of the Red Fox Blogger radio station in Canada.

Here is the link to the interview – http://www.blogtalkradio.com/kel-fritzi/2016/10/24/rfb-radio-islamic-legal-jihad

This radio episode is notable for – among other things – containing some of the first known recordings of “Catstrangler’s Greatest Hits of 2014” including “The Ballad of Fizzy Bollocks” and “Gimme That Dodgy Fatwa”.

(These unforgettable melodies were recorded in Tim’s Sutton Coldfield studio using sound recording equipment especially imported from the little-known indigenous tone-deaf Yak tribe of Western Siberia, so those of you of a delicate disposition might want to fast-forward over those bits.)

Once again, Tim would like to thank you all for your support during the run-up to the trial – the pre-trial preparation hearing is scheduled for 09:30 on Thursday 03 November at Southwark Crown Court, and we will keep you informed of all developments.

In the meantime, if you able to contribute in any way to Tim’s legal defence costs, please visit the Liberty GB website and select the blue button on the home page. All donations are greatly appreciated and Tim will respond personally to each and every donor.

This case although it may seem a minor one to some observers is a very important one for freedom of speech in the UK. If Fiyaz Mughal wins this case then it might that in the future our right to speak freely or even, as in this case, joke about Islam and Muslim personages like Fizzy, a right won at great cost by our ancestors, will be greatly curtailed. A win for the mendacious grievance mongering taqiyya artist could mean a great loss for the rest of us.

Support Tim Burton in his fight for his right to speak and make jokes against Britain’s most hated Muslim hate crime bullshitter. Remember today the police have knocked on Mr Burton’s ‘ door at the behest of a Muslim suffering from ‘hair trigger offence syndrome for cracking a joke, tomorrow it could be the police knocking at your door. His fight for his rights is also our fight.

Thank you. I had a little trouble uploading the mp3 that I cheekily snipped out of the show but I think I’ve sorted it out now with a bit of a software poke.
