I told you this would happen (Corsican edition)

Across Europe people are getting angry, and they are showing it. They are getting angry not only about the imposition by idiotic Leftists of the socially, ethically and culturally retarded ideology of Islam, but also at the removal of effective and peaceful means of criticising Islam or preventing it going where it is not wanted.

As I’ve so often predicted, the removal of effective and peaceful political, legal and administrative means of objecting to Islam, or even keeping this highly objectionable ideology out of an area, is a cast iron way of creating angry mobs. This is what has apparently happened in the Mediterranean island of Corsica.

Local people there believe (probably with very good cause) that hooded and masked Muslim thugs have been behind a spate of attacks on emergency service personnel in the Corsican city of Ajaccio.

Following a rally in support of emergency service members and more specifically in support of those that have been attacked, a section of the rally broke away and went after the local Muslims who are believed to behind the attacks. According to the Brietbart website, the locals trashed a local mosque and set fire to copies of the Islamic ‘Big Book of Death’ aka the Koran.

Brietbart said:

Tensions had mounted in Ajaccio Friday after two firefighters and a police officer were injured overnight in a low-income neighbourhood of the city when they were “ambushed” by “several hooded youths”, authorities said.

On Friday afternoon around 150 people had gathered in front of the prefecture in a show of support for the police and firefighters, officials said in a statement.

But some in that crowd broke away and headed for the low-income housing estate where the violence took place the night before.

They shouted slogans in Corsican meaning “Arabs get out!” or “This is our home!”, an AFPcorrespondent reported.

Nearby was the Muslim prayer room and a small group smashed the glass door and entered the place of worship, ransacking the room and partially burning books including copies of the Koran, said regional official Francois Lalanne.”

Unsurprisingly this attack was condemned by mainstream politicians. They’ve denounced the attack as ‘racist’ and ‘xenophobic’ and have vowed to bring down the full force of the law on the perpetrators. This is sadly to be expected from Europe’s Quisling political classes. Many of the members of this political class are unable or unwilling to see what damage Islam is doing to European societies. These politicians are also highly unlikely, unlike many European citizens, to have to live with the rapes, violence, terror, corruption and religious supremacism, that Islam brings to many of the ‘low income areas’ where Islam has been encouraged to set up shop.

Ordinary people, not just in Corsica but across the continent, have seen once relatively safe but poor areas, turned into third world Islamic cess-pits where Muslim women walk round encased in mobile canvas prisons, where Islamic rules are enforced on all, not just on Muslims, and where Muslims routinely corrupt the very electoral systems that select those who govern us. Ordinary working class areas which once had stable communities have become frightening shariah zones, where Christian cultural symbols are mocked or hidden for fear of enraging the violent Islamic savages. What is worse is that ordinary European citizens, not only in Ajaccio, but in Berlin, London, Rotherham, Birmingham, Rotterdam, Brussels and Paris, have lost the right to object to the imposition of Islam on their areas. Those who object to seeing their areas turn into Islamic citadels are called ‘racist’ or ‘bigots’ or whatever empty ‘snarl’ word that is fashionable among the mainstream politicians, eager to polish their multikulti halos no matter what the cost to those they govern.

As I have often warned would happen, when you remove a societies ability to peacefully and effectively confront or effectively object to the evils that Islam brings then you have the recipe for a perfect storm of vigilantism. This is what appears to have happened in Corsica. The people there seem to have had enough of Islam and the problems it causes and they have also had enough of the pandering to Islam by mainstream politicians. Many Europeans find Islam highly objectionable for many very good and logical reasons. If the different European states insist on closing off avenues of peaceful protest and shutting down effective political and administrative methods of local communities defending themselves from Islam, then violence like this will be the result. People will put up with a lot from politicians and have put up with a lot from the followers of Islam, but there eventually comes a time when people get fed up with being treated like dirt and ignored. When this happens, all it takes is the appropriate spark, such as the attacks on emergency service personnel in Corsica, for ordinary people to throw of the chains of political correctness and state enforced multiculturalism, and fight back with fire, fist and fury.

Such vigilantism is in my view a failure of politics, of policing, of administrative systems and most obviously of the doctrine of multiculturalism itself. All cultures are not equal and although people are willing to swallow this lie for a long time, as Corsica proves, they will not swallow this lie forever. Violence is the only outcome of a political system that forbids people from saying what is wrong and politicians who are all too eager to hide the problems that their policies towards Islam have caused. If people in Europe had had the freedom to speak their minds about Islam without fear of arrest, loss of employment or violent attack from Muslims themselves, and if they had the power to say ‘no Islam here’ and their wishes be obeyed, then would we be seeing the sort of violence we are seeing? I think not.

I told you this would happen, and sadly I’m correct.

Agreed. It’s a sort of ‘golden rule’ that if you are a member religious minority there is normally plenty of tolerance and goodwill to be had from members of religious majorities (yes and I do know that some members of majority religions can be arseholes, but many people are tolerant) provided that the minority doesn’t do anything that will wildly piss off the majority. This is a rule followed by Jews. Hindus, Sikhs etc in lands where they are members of minorities, but it is a rule that Muslims and Islam seem incapable of observing. Islam seems to have the attitude of ‘my way or the highway’ and that will increasingly annoy people and that annoyance will break out in defensive violence such as we’ve seen in Corsica and elsewhere in Europe.
