The bulging West Midlands can of Islamic rape and child exploitation worms is starting to open

Map showing Birmingham

In two articles on this blog from 2015 and 2014 I commented on the way that Britain’s West Midlands Police, the force that covers England’s second city Birmingham and the surrounding areas was failing to tackle the problem of Islamic sex crime in their area. I speculated, because of some of the actions of WMP, their PC and Islam-hugging polices and their relationship with local authorities and local politics in the area, that there was a large stinky, bloating can of worms that the WMP was sitting on, when it came to Islamic sex crime. I pointed out that the WMP were side-lining or hiding reports into child sexual exploitation seemingly in order to avoid causing a political row which may have damaged the Labour Party. WMP were also hiding the identities of Muslims who had been given civil court injunctions to stay away from one particular 17 year old girl and which forbade them from contact with any girl under 18 in a public place.

WMP are a particularly ‘Islam-friendly’ police force and have faced criticism for failing to prosecute female genital mutilation, have associated with some dubious Islamic groups including one who denies the existence of an Islamic Rape Gang problem. Both the current Chief Constable Dave Thompson and the previous one Chris Sims have been notably close to the area’s Islamic community and favourable to Islamic interests. Chief Constable Thompson expressed no problem with UK police wearing a burkha and his predecessor Chief Constable Sims, was criticised by Her Majesty’s Inspector of Constabulary for his low key policing of Islamic and other ‘ethnic’ areas. In effect Chief Constable Sims and others have let certain minorities police themselves. According to Tom Winsor the former HM Inspector of Constabulary said in 2014 that there were areas in the West Midlands where the police do not get called because ‘the community’ sort the problem out for themselves. Chief Constable Thompson and Chief Constable Sims have ensured that their forces have appeased Islamic communities. They are the police officers who refuse to police, unless of course it’s someone saying something nasty but true about Islam or demonstrating against this ideology, then they will pop up like a jack in the box shouting ‘that’s racist’.

I said that the administration of the West Midlands area and its police force was sitting on a can of worms and sadly it turns out that I may well have been right. Not just right but the situation looks even worse than it looked two or three years ago. It is now not just the WMP who are accused of failing to properly protect children from sexual exploitation elements of the local authority as well.

According to the Breitbart London site, which is in turn quoting from the Birmingham Mail, a Conservative Party councillor has alleged that there was a ‘tsunami’ of sexual exploitation going on that neither the police or the local authorities are doing anything effective to tackle. The Councillor, Des Flood, criticised Birmingham council for their child protection policies following West Midlands Police arresting and releasing on bail a suspected Rape Gang member for three rapes of schoolgirls.

I’m gobsmacked at the behaviour of WMP here. Bail, is a necessary part of a humane and fair justice system, but should only be reserved for those who are accused of offences that are not violent or serious, where there is no risk of flight from justice and no risk of witnesses in any future trial being intimidated. Bail on a rape charge can sometimes be justified, in particular in cases where it could be said that the offence would be at the lower end of severity such as where two people in a relationship are disputing consent over a particular sexual act and there is no violence or coercion involved. But, where a person is arrested three times for similar rapes involving schoolgirls, presumably in this case minors who cannot under law consent to any sexual act, then surely a solid case for remand in custody could and should be made.

There is obviously a problem with gang related child sexual exploitation occurring in the Birmingham area and a lot of it may well be of an Islamic flavour. This is being shown not just from this recent story from the Birmingham Mail, but elsewhere including in the F211 stories referenced at the start of this story. Also, a Birmingham Mail story from 2015 show that reports written by WMP and Birmingham Council show that ‘Asians’ made up a large minority of certain types of sexual offenders. At this point it needs to be said that the word ‘Asian’ is often used as a way of covering for the fact that these rapists and nonces are Muslim. You only have to take a look at the court reports of these rape gang and sex trafficking cases to see the vast preponderance of Islamic names. The hard, cold truth of the matter is that it is not Sikhs or Hindus or Buddhists or Jains or any other ‘Asian’ community that is carring out these bestial gang rapes, it’s the followers of Islam.

Councillor Flood has plainly noticed that there is a problem with gang related sexual activity and although not all of it will be Islam related, it’s likely that a large proportion of it will be. Breitbart quoted Councillor Flood as saying: “Young people, especially girls, are being sexually exploited on a daily basis. Some of this sexual exploitation is clearly linked to gangs.” As Birmingham and the West Midlands has a similar demographic and is subject to the same party political control as many of the other places that have been afflicted by gang related and often Muslim dominated sexual predation, I would have to say that Councillor Flood is correct.

Councillor Flood then went on to make some serious allegations of wrongdoing against the local Children’s Services Department for keeping parents and schools out of the loop when it comes to sexual exploitation gangs.

Councillor Flood said: “Schools are a vital part of our eyes and ears in the local community, on the ground, to identify vulnerable young people, especially in terms of concerns about child sexual exploitation.”

That is true. Schools do watch out for sexual and other forms of abuse and according to Councillor Flood, the schools have done the right thing and reported their suspicions of sexual exploitation to the local Children’s Services Department. There are strong recommendations for schools to report up their abuse suspicions and many schools have a member of staff with a responsibility for safeguarding who would be involved in this process. In this case the schools have done the right thing and voiced their suspicions about perceived sexual exploitation of children.

Councillor Flood continued:

I know of cases whereby local schools in our community have done their duty and referred serious cases of child sexual exploitation about pupils to children’s services.

But these schools nor their parents and carers have been invited to multi-agency child sexual exploitation meetings.”

This is really bad. One of the main points of having a multi-agency approach was as I understand it is to keep all those with a statutory interest in a child’s welfare informed. It’s almost as if the local Children’s Services Department doesn’t want either the schools or parents fully informed of the scale of a particular problem. It looks really suspect. It has the distinct smell of the Children’s Services department trying to keep a lid on a particular problem.

The exclusion of schools and parents, the very front line organisations and individuals who should be kept informed is bad enough but Councillor Flood has another very serious and worrying allegation to make. He has alleged that complaints of some quite bestial behaviour towards children by these gangs, complaints made to Children’s Services by members of the public, are being omitted from Children’s Services reports or the seriousness of these allegations is being ‘diluted’. These allegations of abuse were that made to Children’s Services according to Councillor Flood, were not included in official Children’s Services reports. The omitted allegations include one claiming that a gang used a tazer on a young girl and of gang rape. This is all stuff that should have been recorded and shared with other agencies with responsibility for child safety including West Midlands Police although with WMP’s record of apparently having a revolving door for rapists, I do wonder what damn use they would be.

It’s absolutely outrageous that Birmingham Children’s Services kept parents and schools in the dark about the problem of sexual exploitation gangs. It’s equally outrageous and disgusting that they are apparently redacting data about some appalling and violent activities that they should be sharing with other agencies involved in Child Protection.

However, Councillor Flood’s most damning accusation is this:

I believe there are serious gaps that need to be closed, that vulnerable young people in this city, especially girls, are falling through the gaps.

Is there an institutionalized attitude in children’s services to keep a lid on sharing information and therefore diluting the seriousness of child sexual exploitation against vulnerable children in our city?”

He is basically accusing Birmingham Children’s Services of not telling the truth of obstruction, of obfuscation. That is not what we should expect from our Children’s Services Departments and we should ask why this is happening and who is benefiting from such failure to record or disclose serious crimes? From what Councillor Flood has said and with my knowledge of other similar child exploitation scandals, I would say that there most probably is an institutionalized attitude of keeping a lid on information. If eventually the veil of secrecy put up by Birmingham Children’s Services is every lifted I wonder if we will find out as we have in other similar situations of child sexual exploitation, that the numbers and severity of these offences is much worse than we have initially been led to believe. I don’t think that you can blame the omissions on mere gaps in provision, this looks more like either a deliberate attempt to minimise the amount of recorded sex crime or that the Children’s Services Department is overwhelmed by so many reports that things are not being recorded properly. Time will tell which is the reason for the lack of recording.

The combination of a shifty and secretive Children’s Services Department and a police force that continually bails alleged child rapists and which has a record for pandering to an Islamic community that is producing a lot of the perpetrators of these awful crimes, does not bode well for the future. It certainly does not look as if either the West Midlands Police or Birmingham Children’s Services have done all they could to protect the children of Birmingham from sexual exploitation by Muslims and others.

It seems to me that neither West Midlands Police nor Birmingham Children’s Services are in any way effective against this sort of organised sex crime. We have seen these crimes before often involving Muslims, not just in Birmingham, but also in Rochdale, Manchester, Oxford, Newcastle, Sunderland, Rotherham, Telford and a whole host of other places. There is enough knowledge of this problem now and there should be no excuse for either Birmingham Children’s Services or the West Midlands Police to not pull their fingers out and deal with the problem.

I would like to begin to conclude by applauding Councillor Flood for standing up and speaking in the manner that he did. He has highlighted not only the problem of child sexual exploitation in Birmingham but also the frighteningly poor way that the police and Children’s Services are half arsedly trying to tackle the problem.

It will look to some as if both the WMP and Children’s Services in Birmingham have been monstrously incompetent and to others as if these agencies are, for reasons of political correctness and for selfish career advancement reasons, protecting the communities that are producing a significant number of the abusers. Either way it’s disgusting and it looks very much as if both the WMP and Children’s Services have abandoned too many children vulnerable to exploitation to their grisly fate.

It’s a sad state of affairs when those whom we should trust to protect us and our children fail to do so and worse appear to favour or protect the community that is producing a large number of abusers. The situation in Birmingham and other British towns and cities with regarding protecting children from predation is undoubtably bad, the question in my mind is what do we as citizens or subjects do to change that when we seem to have been abandoned by the very agencies that should be protecting us? The ultimate answer is that we get the administrative mindset and the policing from our politicians and we cannot change the situation until we change the politicians. We need to be governed by those with a more realistic view of the world and its threats, than the ones that we currently have. We certainly don’t need anymore social workers who sweep certain sex offences under the carpet or police who promote misogynistic Islamic garb as the long suffering people of Birmingham have been stuck with.

This will only get worse; you are writing this on the assumption that the police, children’s services, local councils etc are staffed by non-muslims who are reluctant to their jobs properly: When the police, CSD, councils etc become follow the demographic and become more heavily muslim, what chance will there be of any complaint being acted upon ? About the same as a Christian’s in Pakistan ? A Copt’s In Egypt ? a Jew’s in Iraq ?

Mr C, I agree with you on your point. Where we have areas and their public services that are dominated by Muslims then it makes it more likely that complaints against Islamic Rape Gang activity will be actively suppressed. As you say, getting a complaint acted upon in an Islamised area is about as likely as an Iraqi Jew or a Pakistani Christian being able to stop a pogrom.

Treating non Muslims like dirt and also treating them as second or third class citizens is I’m afraid relatively normal for Islam. We can see this from places like Pakistan where Christians and Hindus are to use a German phrase seen as ‘Untermenschen’.

What is notable about the British situation is that even where the Islamic demographic has not metastasized enough to take over councils or local police forces, there are ample non Muslims, often brainwashed with ‘diversity’ guff in the universities that trained them, working in areas like policing and the CSD. These individuals who hide or obfuscate Islamic sex crime or where, as has allegedly happened in Birmingham, talk down this sort of crime, are in some ways worse than the Muslims who in Islamic societies or Islamic areas commit horrendous crimes or violently discriminate against non Muslims. I say this because in Muslim societies it’s just the followers of Islam being as bestial and as fascistic as they have always been, but Islam’s non Muslim helpers, must know that Islam is turning a blind eye to its followers raping our kids, but have actively and consciously elected to assist Islam in what it is doing to our society. I can well understand why some people refer to the appeasers of Islam that are embedded in our local authorities, our civil service and our policing and legal systems as ‘traitors’ to the rest of us. At best it shows that Islam’s appeasers and handmaidens are at best cowardly keeping schtum to protect their own pay cheques or blindly following a political ideology and at worst actively hate British people and want us and our families to suffer.
