Pakistan is a sick and twisted society. It is retarded both educationally and culturally. Pakistan is a basket case of a nation. Pakistan is, as can be plain to see by any unbiased observer, a shithole that has been created and sustained in its shithole-ness, by the ideology of Islam.

Islamic ideology, in all its gruesome horror, is being played out in Pakistan and this country should serve as an example of what happens, in a relatively short time, when Islam takes control or gains influence over a nation. Pakistan is a shithole primarily because of Islam.

There seems to be an almost never ending litany of horror that emerges from the Islamic shithole of Pakistan. Oppression of minorities, oppression of women, oppression of children and a whole host of other Islamic yuckiness is about all that Pakistan gives to the world, apart that is from child-rapists and terrorists of course.

Pakistan is a sick and twisted society and this volume of the ‘Now that’s why Pakistan is a Shithole’ collection concerns a man who was blinded by his father and his brothers for falling in love with the ‘wrong’ girl and ‘violating Islamic values’. It is these sort of ‘values’ that have turned a country that ‘could have been a contender’ when it became independent in 1947, but has instead become a house of horrors because Islam is this basket case nation’s guiding ideology.

A man has been blinded by his own father and siblings for allegedly wanting to marry a girl he fell in love with in southwestern Pakistan.

Abdul Baqi, 22, thought his family would help him get married. Instead, his father and four brothers accused him of violating Islamic values and removed his eyes to punish him.

The incident occurred May 13. His brothers and father locked his mother and sisters in a room and took Baqi to the corner of the house, where they tied his hands and legs and started beating him with batons.

“One of my brothers removed my eyeball using a tea spoon. Then my father took the knife and cut it as it was hanging on my face,” Baqi told VOA.

“One of them [brothers] stepped on my head to make sure I that I do not move and others removed my second eye,” Baqi added.

This is just a completely astonishing story. It’s astonishing in its brutality and callousness, but sadly it’s one of those stories that can be classified as ‘normal for Islam’. It is interesting comparison between India and Pakistan who both became independent of Britain at roughly the same time to see how these nations have turned out. Majority Hindu India, has suffered a few problems over the years, but has emerged after its birth pangs as a major player on the world stage and this is a status that the Indians have earned. Pakistan on the other hand has desended into hell, a hell of Islam’s making. As I said I’m astonished but not entirely surprised that Pakistan, a nation built on Islam,produces people who remove their brother’s eye with a teaspooon. After all could we really expect anything else from a nation built on the rotten foundations provided for the Pakistanis by Islam?
