Another story that shows why civilised people should never give to Islamic charities or charities that help Islam

There are a lot of reasons to not give to Islamic charities, chief among them is that it is always a bad idea to contribute to the well being of those who the enemies of your nation and your culture. Non Muslims contributing to Islamic charities is about as stupid as a black Briton choosing to convert to slavery, or a 1930’s European Jew making a donation to something called ‘Nazi-aid’. It’s loading the gun that will be used to murder you.

Another good security-based reason for giving Islamic charities a very wide berth, is the fact that in Islamic culture, giving money to jihadis who are not being supported by any other means, is also considered as a charitable activity. Then there is the fact that Islamic charities can only benefit Muslims and Muslims alone, Islamic charities are, in contrast to many other charities, defiantly not universalistic in nature.

Now it appears that we can add encouraging people to join jihadi groups as another reason to not give to Islamic charities or even other charities that give money or assistance to Muslims or Islamic causes. If this story on an Australian news website can be believed, then there are serious problems with the management of Australian charities both Islamic ones and the more secular ones that have become influenced by Islam and Muslims. According to the claim made by SBS news, a senior member of staff from an unnamed (probably for legal reasons) charity encouraged a teenager to join the ISIS terror group. The teenager was picked up in Lebanon by security forces trying to cross into ISIS held territory and has been held in a prison there.

Under questioning, the teenager, Isaak el Matari aged 19, allegedly confessed that he had been encouraged by the head of an Australian charity to travel to the Middle East from Australia to fight for ISIS. If this claim is correct then it could show that some Australian charities whether they be Islamic or non Islamic ones, may have some pretty unsuitable people running them. If proven, this case may also indicate that Australia’s charity registration and management system is a swamp in urgent need of a good draining. ISIS types should not be running charities, come to think of it these savages should not even be in civilised countries at all.

SBS News said:

A Sydney teenager jailed in Lebanon on accusations he was trying to join Islamic State has allegedly confessed that the head of an Australian charity pushed him to join the group, according to a report.

The ABC reported on Thursday that 19-year-old Isaak el Matari had spent the past nine months in Lebanon’s Roumieh jail accused of planning to travel from Lebanon into Syria to join IS…..

.Referencing Lebanese court documents, the ABC said Mr Matari told interrogators he had been encouraged to join IS in Syria by the head of an Australian charity.

SBS News visited the Sydney office of the charity on Thursday but it did not provide comment.

Australia must have some serious Islamic ‘charity’ problems or problems with infiltration of other charities by Islamic extremists if this claim is proven to be true. El Matari is due to be deported from Lebanon back to Australia where he will probably face questioning from Australian security service operatives and then possibly some form of trial. It is to be hoped that the result of this questioning and any trial that may occur will be that the name of this charity head will be revealed to the public and the person will be removed from his position if it turns out that the claims that he encouraged jihad are true. If the allegation is proven to be correct, then Australia may have as big a problem as the United Kingdom has with the presence and activities of highly questionable Islamic charities.

I believe that all Western nations need to take a much harsher view of charities that are run for Muslims and by Muslims. I think that there are a number of Islamic charities that are operating in the West that could and should either be shut down, have their activities curtailed or be forced to operate in a much more strict environment of transparency than they currently are operating.

I would never knowingly donate to an Islamic charity or any charity that primarily benefits Muslims. The ideology of Islam is against my interests and the interests of my family and those I love. We should not be giving, or facilitating giving, to organisations that are run by or in the interests of those whose ‘religion’ tells them that we should be killed or enslaved.
