There are many places in the world, mostly Islamic ones actually, that I would not want to be a religious minority in. Unlike in the UK and the USA, where I am or would be just a normal bod who thinks different from some others, life for religious minorities in Muslim countries is bad. It is a life lived as a second or even third class citizen behind Muslims. One of the worst examples of Islamic countries that are hateful or discriminatory towards its religious minorities is the shithole that is Pakistan. I have read and documented numerous stories of the abuse of Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and the few remaining Jews in Pakistan and it is quite plain to see that this abuse comes from an Islamic root. In Pakistan Islam’s high degree of hatefulness creates an environment where religious minorities are not safe and one where things like forced conversions to Islam go on with depressing regularity.
According to a report in The Times of India, a Christian schoolgirl was the third victim this week in Pakistan of being forcibly converted to Islam. The paper said that the girl, aged 15, went to school but did not return home. When the parents enquired about their daughter they were told that she had been taken to an Islamic seminary and converted to Islam. The girl had been told falsely by her teacher that as she was learning Arabic she was already mostly converted and offered to take the girl to the seminary for conversion. Apparently after an earlier attempt by a teacher to use bribery to convert Christian and other religious minority girls to Islam, the girl said that she and other girls had refused this offer. However, if these allegations are true, and remember Pakistan has form for this sort of thing, then this Islamic savage teacher doesn’t seem to have accepted ‘no’ for an answer. He appears to have ignored the girl’s statement that she didn’t want to convert and instead just carried her off to the seminary for forcible conversion.
The school don’t even seem to be bothering to hide what they’ve done as they probably know that little or nothing will come from any complaint made by the parents or even the girl herself such is the dominance that the death cult of Islam has on Pakistan. If she and her parents cannot extricate her from the clutches of the Muslims that are holding her in a ‘shelter home’, then this girl will become yet another horrifying statistic from Pakistan.
As I have said so often in this feature, Pakistan is a shithole not because it has been hard done by by the rest of the world or because of some unfortunate natural disaster, but because of the influence of Islam. Islam is ruining Pakistan just as Islam has ruined the lives of many of the members of Pakistan’s religious minority groups.
