Chingford Khanage update – One arrest so far.

When the story broke that an innocent family man had been stabbed to death in Chingford in North East London by ‘boys’ who were allegedly harassing his daughter, I didn’t hold out much hope that the police would make a swift arrest or arrests. At the time the available evidence prospects seemed pretty light and according to the police, relied quite a lot of CCTV footage, which is not always as relevant or as clear as many may expect it to be. Couple that with the fact that the Metropolitan Police is overburdened with both murders and by the damaging politicisation of the police carried out by the Mayor and the Commissioner, I thought it would be weeks or months before there was an arrest in this case.

But it seems I was mistaken. Either the CCTV was better than expected or someone has talked and fingered the alleged culprit, but thankfully an arrest and a charge has been made in this case.

According to Press Association Media, a 14 year old boy has been arrested and charged with the murder of James Markham the victim of the Chingford attack.

Both the ferocity and lethality of the attack against Mr Markham and the age of the defendant are testament to how truly horrible the situation is for Londoners who have to live with the crime that has been assisted by the failed policies of both the Mayor Sadiq Khan and the politically correct Commissioner of the Met Dame Cressida Dick. It’s also a testament to the sick society, one where fourteen year olds kill the innocent over some minor slight, that the politicians of all stripes have afflicted Londoners with.

I applaud the Met for this arrest but I am not completely confident that the courts will cage this savage little bastard for as long as should be required. Whilst not wishing to engage in too much speculation as this is a live case, I suspect that as with other similar cases that we might see a Manslaughter plea and a relatively derisory sentence on the horizon.
