The absolute state of NHS staff. ‘The alleged flasher will see you now’.

Britain's crap healthcare system - Now with added Hamas supporters among its staff.

Anyone with a functioning brain in the UK knows about the British National Health Service and its myriad problems. When a woman gives birth in the UK, she’s probably going to be giving birth in a maternity unit that might be one of the 60% that have been judged as ‘unsafe’ by the Care Quality Commission. When an elderly British person goes into hospital at the end of their life, the chances are that they will be treated like shit, especially if they’ve got no friends or family to speak up for them with the hospital. Those who have to make use of the NHS’s General Practitioner services or who have to have tests to determine their condition often come across appalling degrees of incompetence, delay, poor customer service and occasionally callousness. There’s good bits of the NHS and some people have good experiences of it but it’s not all like that, in many parts and for many people the NHS is a crock of shit that is only used by the public because there is no other practical choice, since for many people there is no other affordable option. For the record I have had both very positive experiences from the NHS but also some extremely negative ones.

A large part of the NHS’s problems is its nature. It’s a nationalised industry and holds an almost complete monopoly on the provision of healthcare. Organisations like this become complacent because there’s no body or no market mechanisms to hold the NHS to account. Because the NHS is a nationalised monopoly entity there’s no real incentive for management to prioritise the quality of the staff. The NHS has plundered the world for cheap medics from countries that might have good records for medical training but then again might not. Nursing staff, now required to have a degree rather than learning on the job as used to be the case, can be brilliant but can also be awful or callous or not the sort of people who you would say have any sort of vocation for nursing. Then there are those who use their NHS employee status to boost terror groups like Hamas or promote ideologies such as Trans or who are just those venal individuals who want to dip their snouts in the DEI trough.

However some NHS employees are allegedly more odd than merely being Hamas supporters who who support the castration of children. Here’s one, a manager from one of the NHS’s genuinely world class hospitals, Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, who has recently appeared in court accused of indecent exposure.

Dr Martin Kuper, the former Chief Executive of Moorfields Eye Hospital appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates Court accused of exposing his genitals to a sunbather and grabbing at the crotch of a female police officer during his arrest. Dr Kuper denies both of these charges and has elected, as is his right, to be tried at a Crown Court in front of a jury.

The BBC reported:

The former chief executive of Moorfields Eye Hospital reportedly flashed a woman at Battersea Park before sexually assaulting the police officer who arrested him, a court has heard. Dr Martin Kuper, 57, denies charges of exposure and sexual assault in Battersea Park on 28 April 2025, just a few months before he left his role at the NHS trust. Prosecution barrister Barbara Valentini said: “The defendant approached the victim while she was sunbathing” and “exposed his penis”.

Kuper allegedly then grabbed a female PC in her crotch area during his arrest.”

It’s important to point out that at this point in time Dr Kuper is innocent until proven guilty and for reasons of sub judice I make no further comment on this matter.

However, what is interesting is a few bits in Dr Kuper’s background that give us a window on how the NHS is managed.

Some of Dr Kuper’s actions at Moorfields Eye Hospital have come under scrutiny from women’s rights activists such as those from the group Ripxx4nutmeg. This group has alleged that at Moorfields under the reign of Dr Kuper there was significant pro-Trans activity going on at Moorfields. Ripxx4nutmeg said that so many transgender staff were employed at Moorfields that following the Supreme Court ruling that sex not gender identity decided who was a woman, that the management under Dr Kuper issued a reassurance notice to Trans staff that was so pro-Trans and so clear on where the management stood on the issue of ‘inclusion’ that some may well have thought that Moorfields were intending to defy the Supreme Court ruling on who is a woman. That’s not definite of course but the management’s strong commitment to ‘equity and inclusion’ may suggest that defying the Supreme Court in some way whether large or small for the purposes of benefiting the hospital’s Trans staff contingent could have been on the agenda for some of the hospital’s management team.

Here’s the X link to Ripxx4nutmeg’s April 25th 2025 post on the issue of trans pandering at Moorfields with an image of the notice in question.

The arrest and charging of Dr Kuper has shone a light on Moorfields Eye Hospital and how it is run and how an ideology such as Trans can grip management and become woven into the structure of the hospital’s management and governance. I worry that such a concentration by management on the non-clinical nonsense of DEI and especially on the issue of Trans might have very bad outcomes for female staff, female patients and everyone else using the services of Moorfields Eye Hospital. I can well imagine female patients being confronted with the concentrated troonery that appears to be a feature now of Moorfields, might feel very uncomfortable indeed being there.

The clear and open favouring of those who follow the ideology of Trans that is apparent in the notice sent to Moorfields staff makes me wonder just how much management time was spent on these ideological issues and how much of it was wasted? I would not be at all surprised having found out about the influence that the trans rights activists have had on Moorfields to find in the future that there is some other scandal attached to those who follow this ideology at Moorfields and those who backed it.

If this sort of ideology focus can become so prevalent at one of Britain’s most high profile and respected hospitals then how much worse is it at the local general hospitals that deal with the bulk of British hospital patients? This focus on the concerns of a small number of gender, race, religious and political obsessives cannot be good for patient care and in the case of the issue of trans, specifically not good for women. All of us men and women and children deserve better than an NHS that puts ideologies of various sorts ahead of the clinical and comfort needs of their customers.

We should not be in a position where we sit in a hospital waiting room for the dreaded words ‘The alleged flasher/trans rights activist/religious or racial obsessive will see you now’. Clap for the NHS, no I don’t think so.
