The ego has flounced. Jess Phillips resigns her ministerial position.

Version 1.0.0

Jess Phillips the safeguarding minister who seemed to be reluctant to push for a national statutory inquiry into the scandal of the rape gangs and who also occupied the role in Labour of the party’s useless professional feminist has resigned from her position. I would not be at all surprised to see her resigning to spend more time with her ego.

Like others she’s lost faith in the Prime Minister and Labour leader Sir Kier Starmer and has come out publicly to say so.

She will not be missed. She has not had an exactly stellar performance in her position and maybe her role could be filled by someone more competent.

She will now have to concentrate on the very difficult task of winning back voters in her constituency who abandoned Labour in the 2024 in favour of George Galloway’s Socialism and Islam based Workers Party. Phillips won that contest but only just by 693 votes.
