Video – The loneliness and isolation of the ex-Muslim

I don’t often give praise to the BBC, I find that its boilerplate leftwingery, barely disgused hatred for Israel and Islam-fellating not conducive with keeping either my blood pressure or my dinner down.

Last night however they did something praiseworthy.  The Newsnight programme had a short (8 minute) feature on the isolation felt by those who had left Islam.

It was a pleasant surprise to see and honest portrayal of an aspect of Islam on the BBC.  Too often they feed us nothing more than ‘religion of peace’ crap, but last night not only did they give a voice to those who are often voiceless and also gave sufficient rope to an extremist so that he could hang himself.
