Fiyaz Mughal throws the toys out of the pram.

I had hoped that I could have a rest from writing about the Mendacious Grievance mongering taqiyya artists of the Tell Mama organisation, and their whining leader, Fiyaz Mughal but sadly it wasn’t to be. Like a turd that refuses to flush, Mughal is back and he’s whinging hard.

In an extraordinary post to his personal blog, Mughal turns the victimhood claiming up to 11 and accuses those who have pointed out faults with the ideology of Islam, and more specifically the dishonest reporting of anti Islamic crimes by Tell Mama, as running a ‘hate campaign’. Fiyaz Mughal, is still smarting from having his case against Liberty GB’s Tim Burton thrown out by Magistrates in Birmingham, in April 2014, as is so clear from his blog post.

Fiyaz Mughal’s blog said:

Over the last 10 months I have been subjected to a hate campaign that involved a West Midlands based Timothy Martin Burton, who through a variety of accounts, targeted me because of my faith and on the back of a series of articles highlighting the TELL MAMA Islamophobic monitoring project. Whilst Timothy Martin Burton’s @catstrangler101 account was reported to the local police and through ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officer) contacts, no action was taken even though multiple tweets were targeted at TELL MAMA (of which I am the Director) and which specifically named me. It was at this point where we decided to act and information was provided by TELL MAMA to West Midlands Police which linked Timothy Martin Burton to the @catstrangler101 M-CAT account that had over 6,000 Twitter followers, many of them Far Right sympathisers. A look at this account provided us with an insight into the mind-set of Timothy Martin Burton when we found a tweet from the 18th of May 2012 which read:

“#ThingsWeAskGod2HelpUsWith – Getting rid of all the inbred, parasitic, welfare scrounging Muslim paedophiles out of our country for a start.”

I’ve been following, some but not all, of Mr Burton’s tweets to Tell Mama and if they are what Mughal believes are a ‘hate campaign’ then I’d say that Fiyaz Mughal is a person with a very thin skin. Many of the Tweets I’ve seen on the Tell Mama timeline have been criticisms of the probity and honesty of Tell Mama. Yes, there has been a fair bit of ribbing of Mr Mughal, but politics is a contact sport, and there are many others who have taken a whole lot more aggravation than Mr Mughal gets, with far less support from the police and other agencies.

You will notice also how Mughal openly states that he uses backroom contacts to get the police to do his bidding and the fact that a person of Mughal’s ideological type has contacts within ACPO should worry anyone who is concerned about equality in policing matters. I’m not saying that the relationships between Fiyaz Mughal, his groups and the police are ‘bent’, but by boasting of his contacts with senior police officers, in the context of an arrest, could give, to some readers of Mughal’s blog, the impression of corruption or at the very least of Mughal and the Tell Mama organisation, having an unecessary and worrying influence on the police.

As regards Mr Burton’s Tweets about the ideology of Islam, well to a certain extent they are correct. Muslims are overrepresented in on street grooming cases, Islam doesn’t have an explicit cultural or religious prohibition against paedophillia, and welfare scrounging and dependency is a problem for Muslims. Sometimes the truth hurts and it appears to have hurt Mughal a lot. To not talk about a problem, such as Islamic Grooming Gangs, Koranically promoted ‘cousin marriage’ and the genetic problems it causes, or the high levels of welfare dependency of Muslims, doesn’t make such problems go away, but only makes them worse. I have said time and time again that the first victims of Islam are Muslims themselves and that to protect the ideology of Islam from justified criticism is to condemn to oppression all those Muslims who to be quite frank would be better off following a more civilised spiritual or ideological path, something, almost anything, other than Islam. Sunlight is the best disinfectant and I can’t help wondering why Mughal and those like him work so hard to prevent proper critical scrutiny of the ideology of Islam? It wouldn’t be that the ideology they are defending is ultimately indefensible, would it?

Fiayz Mughal added:

The campaign against me was triggered off after an Andrew Gilligan article that was written in the Telegraph on the 2nd of June 2013. The subsequent campaign by Timothy Martin Burton went onto March 2014 and was conducted by Burton through Twitter and through a number of Far Right and extremist web-sites that crossed the United States, the UK and Australia. In one of the postings on a bizarre and virulently anti-Muslim Australian focussed web-site, Timothy Martin Burton stated, “Excellent post Mike, and I shall be reposting it far and wide, a strategy that will no doubt include the hire of an enormous billboard situated right outside Fiyaz Mughal’s office window.” We will come onto the statements made by that article and by Mike Holt, the owner of the site. In fact, a quick look at the site shows a campaign to donate to the Restore Australia web-site to ban the Bendingo Mosque campaign in Australia. Hardly impartial, the Restore Australia project is a patchwork quilt of xenophobic, anti-Muslim and extreme comments and articles.

So, what were the targeted tweets that were aimed at us? On the 2nd of June 2013, we received the following tweet after the Gilligan article went live on the Telegraph web-site. It was addressed to @tellmamauk, the Twitter address for the anti-Muslim hate crime monitoring project and also included the English Defence League Twitter address. Coming from Timothy Martin Burton it read:

“@Official_EDL, @tellmamauk: Let’s stick it to that mendacious taquiyya (sic) artist Fiyaz Mughal.”

For those not aware of the meaning of the word ‘Taqiyya’, we have listed the context and the meaning in this previous article. Clearly, in this context, the term was used to suggest that I, because of my faith, lied to spread, protect or further Islam. The narrative is virtually identical to the twisted anti-Semitism of Far Right groups who see Jews as maliciously wanting to subvert the Christian West by taking over positions of assumed power. In this context, it was targeted at me, because of my faith.”

I really cannot see what Mughal is whining about here? The Gilligan story in the Telegraph raised important issues about the honesty and probity of the Tell Mama organisation, and the comments from Andrew Gilligan were upheld by the Press Complaints Commission as being accurate. Mughal also lost a libel case against the same newspaper group over his name being mentioned in the same article as dodgy Islamic charities, some of whom were involved in Jihadism or Islamism.

I’d like to add that a person saying they’d like to park a billboard outside of someone’s office isnt’ really a threat unless there is a likelihood of it being carried out, which is unlikely in this case. Besides, even if someone did put a portable billboard criticising the data collation methods and honesty of the Tell Mama organisation outside of Mughal’s office, so what? I’d quite like to park a billboard outside Parliament with a choice quote about Parliament from Oliver Cromwell on it, but I’m unlikely to be able to do this therefore my desire for this cannot be construed as a ‘threat’. There are loads of demonstrations outside oil companies, arms firms, public sector organisations etc etc, what makes Fiyaz so ‘special’ that he and his organisations should not be harshly criticised when it becomes necessary? Mughal’s organisation, Tell Mama was caught out being dishonest about anti-Muslim ‘hate crimes’ and harsh criticism of Tell Mama and it’s staff are more than justified.

Mughal has not been criticised for his ‘faith’, he has been criticised for the ideology that he promotes and the organisations that he runs. It is deeply distorting for him to claim that there is any comparison between anti-Semitism and being part of the counterjihad. Anti-Semitism is the ‘socialism of fools’ that has projected various society’s own internal issues and hang-ups onto the Jewish people, who are a convenient ‘other’ for some far right nationalists to falsely point to. For example to the ‘blood and soil’ nationalist of the Hitlerian type, the idea that a person could be provably both German and Jewish blew great holes in the validity of the idea of ‘blood and soil’ nationalism, therefore the answer for the Nazis was to violently remove those who the ‘blood and soil’ers’ considered as ‘other’. Many of the countries and regions that have the least number of Jews, are places where anti-Semitism is the most virulent, such as the Middle East, where the anti-Semitism has an Islamic ‘religious’ flavour.

Opposition to the ideology of Islam doesn’t in the main come from the same place as anti-Semitism, because many of those who are opposed to Islamic ideologies are people who have observed, often at close quarters, the negative effects of Islam on the world around them. In short, anti-Semitism exists even in places where there no Jews dwell whereas anti Islam feeling comes from knowledge of the ideology of Islam. The ideology of Islam is increasingly hated not because it is percieved as ‘other’ but because it creates society’s that are oppressive, misogynistic and backward. The Bible refers to Ishmael, whom Islam regards as a distant Patriarch, as a ‘wild Ass of a man’ and in this piece Mughal is foaming like a wild and rabid Ass. The main difference between anti-Semitism and what I prefer to call ‘Islamoscepticism’ is that anti-Semitism is based on lies and falsehoods but that Islamoscepticism is based on evidence. For example: Pakistan is a hell hole not because of communism or fascism or imperialism, but because its guiding social ideology is Islam.

It will be plain to anybody reading Mughal’s rant that he employs the term ‘far right’ to describe anybody or any organisation that queries the beliefs, practises, theology and impact of the ideology of Islam. It’s Mughal’s ‘snarl’ word that he uses probably in the hope that readers will accept his definition of ‘far right’ even when the words are used inappropriately. Mughal’s mob have even called me ‘far-right’ as a smear, and I’m probably the very last person who you would see donning jackboots and goose-stepping. I’d completely disregard any of Mughal’s accusations of people being ‘far right’ as it is yet more bullshit designed to convince the uninformed and the unwary.

This piece from Mughal is a prime example of how Mughal and his organisations engage in internet ‘bin-riffling’ in order to defend themselves from sometimes justified attack. They will dig up something that they don’t like and go ‘oh woe is us, look at the terrible racist Islamophobes’ or in this case, ‘infamy, infamy they’ve all got it infamy’.

I had to laugh at Fiyaz’s final line bemoaning the fact that he has not got ‘justice’ and that a ‘change’ is coming. I happen to believe that justice was very well served when his cases were thrown out of at least three courts or tribunals in recent months. I do concur with him however that a change is coming, but I consider that it is not a change that Mr Mughal nor the mendacious grievance-mongers of Tell Mama nor the promoters of the ideology of Islam will like.

If you really want a good belly-laugh at someone flogging the victimhood pump to death, then this article is for you. It is a classic example of someone playing the man and not the ball as well as of someone trying to smear a person, in this case Mr Burton, with guilt by association with those who Mughal percieves, sometimes wrongly, to be ‘far-right’.

This is a very entertaining article from someone who heads up a very troubling and proven to be dishonest organisation, Tell Mama. Because Mughal’s complaints have been dismissed by the PCC, the Civil Courts and a Criminal Court, it is plain to see that he has nothing left to do but foam, moan and throw his toys out of the pram.

Those people who have been attacked by Fiyaz Mughal in this article should see this attack not as something damaging, but as a sign of victory against the grievance-mongering taqiyya artists of Tell Mama. This screed by Fiyaz Mughal is nothing more than the last feeble sting of a worn-out and dying viper.

Read the whole piece at Mughal’s personal blog.

Fiyaz Mughal mentioned my name in his personal blog because he is a spiteful man.I have been suspended from twitter but have no idea why but i can guess his Tellmamauk activists are behind it.I made up another account and within a few posts was suspended for sending a large amount of unsolicited tweets to someone one.Not true and the evidence was there if twitter actually checked.Mughals Tellmamauk activists have run a hate campaign against myself,Ambrosine and our Jewish help group @YadBYadUK.Never have i been anti muslim or racist.Mughal is sneaky as in my possession i have evidence of his Tellmamauk group asking someone to find evidence to smear a freelance journalist from another religious community.Mughal also allowed his Tellmamauk account to post personal private information about me.I have nothing but disgust for this man.His OBE should be removed as he has no honour and his group is linked to a man who has threatened rape, calls Jewish women Zionazi whores and asked for a child sex picture and shared an address with Tellmama which he said Mughal knew about but Mughal denies.yeah right !

  2. Great post! We are very happy to have helped Mr. Tim Burton nail Mughal on his lies and get the case thrown out of court. This mendacious individual is everything you said, and more. He behaves like a child having a tantrum when things do not go his way, and likes to talk about himself on the third person.

This creature has harassed the JDL as well as several other Jews and supporters of Israel. Although he won’t target those “Jews” who are communist, socialists or that support Islam in some form. Of course. The only “Jews” who associate with this taqqiya artist are those who are useful idiots, and of course, vote “Labour”. We have a name for these “Jews” – Dhimmis and in most cases, Kapos.

Mughal is a joke, a clown. We need to demand his OBE to be removed at once.

I have an essay in response to Fiyaz Mughal – it’s called “Fisking Fizzy Bollocks” and is 2566 words in a Word document. What’s the best way to send it to you? You might like to publish it. All my Twitter accounts have been suspended, by the way. I don’t suppose Fizzy Bollocks had anything to do with it….

Liberty GB have kindly published my response – Fisking Fizzy Bollocks. I do actually have a final draft of this essay with a couple of extra paragraphs that you are welcome to have, but this essay says about 95% of what I wanted to say originally.
