Here’s the method.

1 Take one filthy pro-EU propaganda leaflet

2 Select a particularly offensive nappy and add filthy nappy to equally filthy pro-EU propaganda leaflet

3 Wrap nappy in filthy pro-EU propaganda leaflet

4 Deposit combined filth into nappy bucket or hurl with great gusto at a passing pro-EU politician (which ever comes first)
