I told you this would happen (Walthamstow edition)

The Headquarters of the Noor Ul Islam organisation that was the subject of a simulated chemical attack that occurred on the 7th July 2016

Islam and its followers seem to have gone out of their way to piss people off. What with the crime, the terror the mass rapes etc, Islam and those who follow it have managed to break the first rule of successfully living as a religious minority in a nation where others believe differently to you. That rule can be summed up as: ‘be nice to the majority’ and don’t do things that bring opprobrium down on you and your community. This is a lesson that Islamic communities across the non-Muslim world, and specifically in the United Kingdom have failed to learn or understand.

Because of this failure to integrate and obey the law or even respect the majority culture Islam is becoming more and more hated by more and more people. It’s becoming despised by atheists, the traditionalist Christians, Jews of the political Right, Sikhs, Hindus etc. Islam is becoming hated by just about everyone else among the growing number of people who have had negative experiences of Islam or have watched the violence and oppression that Islam brings wherever it goes.

Many of us have pleaded with our political leaders and our security forces to get to grips with Islam, to stop excusing it or giving it a special place in our societies that it really does not deserve, and we have been consistently ignored. This is a dangerous path for the authorities to go down. It is right and proper that in a democratic, civilised society that the State should deal with dangerous ideologies like Islam through the criminal justice system and the security, policing and military arms of the State. If this doesn’t happen then there is the great danger that vigilantes will step forward to do the job that the police, politicians and others are patently failing to do. In Germany for example there are a growing number of ‘Burgerwehr’ vigilantes who are dealing, sometimes harshly and violently with Merkel’s Mobile Muslim Mayhem which is causing much crime and disorder since they entered Germany. The Burgerwehr are growing because there is a perception among many Germans that the police are going easy on the Muslim invaders and not protecting ordinary German citizens.

When the State fails to get to grips with the threat to our societies posed by the followers of the ideology of Islam then it creates the conditions where hotheads flourish. Although the United Kingdom has not yet seen organised vigilantes of the type epitomised by the German Burgerwehr, we are seeing British citizens, frustrated by the constant piss taking, crime and disorder that Islam has brought, taking their own actions. As I’ve said so often on here, this is not a good sign. Vigilantism is a sign not of a healthy society, but one that has gone beyond simmering with anger and is starting to come to the boil. Vigilantism is a sign of failure by civil society and by the political classes.

This blog has covered the growing number of these vigilantism incidents that have occurred across Europe including the UK. You can find them on here by searching for the phrase: ‘I told you this would happen’. We’ve had recent incidents in Southampton, where Muslims wanted to push Islam in local people’s faces with an Eid gathering in a public park, but which had to be cancelled due to perceived threats against the event.

Now we have another incident, another ‘I told you this would happen’ case. This time it’s in Walthamstow in North East London, an area significantly harmed over many years by the growing presence of aggressive Islam.

The incident, which comprised of some joker sending some white unidentified powder to the Noor ul Islam organisation in Walthamstow in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Although the powder that was sent to the headquarters of Noor Ul Islam was deemed harmless by the police and security services, it was obvious that this was a vigilante action designed to disrupt the activities of Noor Ul Islam. People may wish to know that one of the activities of Noor Ul Islam is the provision of Islamic education and they also have plans to build a another large Mosque in Waltham Forest. I can well imagine that someone, stressed beyond endurance by the growing aggressive presence of Islam in the area, and angered by the constant Islamopandering by the local police and politicians, has snapped and done this. This is what happens when people ‘s complaints about Islam are continually ignored and are dismissed with cries of ‘racist’ or ‘Islamophobe’ ringing in their ears, when they try to raise their concerns about what the followers of Islam are doing to their area.

This regrettable, illegal and disruptive action by whoever did it and similar actions elsewhere, could easily have been avoided by the State listening to people’s concerns and dealing with the problems that Islam is causing in the UK. As I have said so wearily often on here, I believe in a peaceful, political and legal solution to Islam and its followers. To paraphrase Britain’s greatest ever Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, ‘Law, law is nearly always better than war, war’. Nobody, least of all myself, wants to see angry mobs with flaming torches dispensing their version of justice. We should have moved on from that as a society.

The non-Muslim population of Britain have slowly but steadily had their rights to object or even speak out against Islam removed from them. It was only by a last minute intervention by the House of Lords that a ‘free speech’ clause was added to the 2006 Racial and Religious Hatred Act. The Labour government at the time the 2006 Act was brought in wanted to criminalise ALL criticism of Islam, no matter how justified or how much it was based on truth such criticisms may have been. Their Lordships amendment to the 2006 just about gives me the legal right to criticise Islam but a fine tightrope has to be walked in order to stay within that law. The main reason I’m free to speak is because I publish my writings in the United States of America, where I’m covered to a certain extent by their First Amendment to the Constitution which guarantees freedom of speech, even if some people are offended.

The wages of State Islamopandering is violence and vigilantism. If you deny the majority or even a minority of people, the right to peacefully object to the destructive ideology of Islam via peaceful means, then some hotheads will start to take the law into their own hands. Such vigilantism is a sign that Britain is heading for trouble, and the way it can be avoided is for the State to see Islam for the problem that it truly is, and start to put it ‘under heavy manners’ so to speak.

As I’ve said often, I’ve no wish to see street violence, as such activities have the tendency to roll up the innocent as well as the guilty once they get going and justice should mean that the innocent are protected and the guilty are punished. This situation needs to be sorted out now and there are several things that would help. Firstly the state should not side with Muslim groups when these groups make demands, especially when these groups are trying to impose mosques where they are plainly not wanted. Secondly we the people should have the legal right to say whatever we want about Islam or indeed any other ideology for that matter. It’s not illegal to heavily criticise Communism or Fascism or feminism, so why make a distinction for that other political ideology called Islam? Thirdly the state needs to recognise that Islam is a threat and remove from it the legal protections given to religions that are much more peaceful and less destructive than Islam. Fourthly, stop pandering to Islam, appeasement of Islam like the appeasement of Hitler in the 1930’s, is only a temporary solution to Islamic aggression. Do these four things and much of the justifiable anger about Islam felt by growing number of Britain’s non Muslims will start to dissipate.

Yet again I find my predictions unfortunately coming true, and I find myself sadly again having to write the words ‘I told you this would happen’. It’s a prediction that I wish didn’t have to come true, I really do.
