Northumbria Police: ‘It’s not us who buried the Muslim gang rape case, it was the CPS, honest guv’nor’

Chief Superintendent Ged Noble of Northumbria Police doesn't want people to talk about his force's botched handling of an Islamic Rape Gang case

Like many I’ve been utterly disgusted by the behaviour of Northumbria Police who seem to have performed the most perfunctory investigation of an alleged Muslim rape gang attack on a young mum in Sunderland. The result of Northumbria’s seemingly piss poor investigation procedure of the alleged attack, which included not interviewing witnesses properly, has led to the Crown Prosecution Service dropping the case against the Syrian and Iraqi men who had been arrested for the rape attack.

Northumbria Police are now trying desperately to both stop people talking about this case and also to shift the blame for the failure of the investigation and the failure to bring charges against the alleged rapist ‘refugees’ onto the Crown Prosecution Service. The force is now saying that they did nothing wrong and it’s all the fault of the CPS. Yeah right, if you believe that then I’ve got a bridge over the River Thames that I’d like to sell you.

There have been so many cases and incidents where the police have turned a blind eye to Muslim crime or where they have prioritised the safety of Muslims rather than the rest of us following Islamic terror attacks, that I’m disinclined to believe the press statement that Northumbria Police have made. After all why should I believe police forces who are mired in the policy of Islamopandering instead of ordinary people, people like Chelsey the alleged victim in the Sunderland case, who give up their legal right to anonymity to say ‘this is wrong’.

Here’s the Press Statement put out by Northumbria Police and which has been republished by the Ambush Predator blog. As is usual policy for this blog the original text from Northumbria Police is in italics whereas this blog’s comments are in plain text.

Northumbria Police said:

Northumbria Police has released a statement in relation to social media reporting on an attack that happened in Hendon last year.

Chief Supt Ged Noble, the Southern Area Commander at Northumbria Police, said:

“Reporting on social media about a complaint of a serious assault in Peel Street Hendon last year has grossly misrepresented the facts. Northumbria Police fully and properly investigated the matter and ensured the victim was treated with compassion, expertly supported and kept updated.

Let me translate Chief Supt Noble’s comment for you. It would probably go something like this: “We’ve noticed that people on social media are trying to inform the public that Northumbria Police are apparently sweeping Islamic sex crime under the carpet, so stop it immediately as it might be racist or something’. Chef Supt Noble’s account of the investigation appears very much at odds with the account of the investigation by the alleged victim. Chelsey, the woman who is alleged to have been assaulted and raped by these savages, said that the police didn’t speak to witnesses including vital witnesses who saw her shortly after she said she escaped from the Muslim rapists.

“On receiving the complaint, Northumbria Police made early arrests and conducted an extensive investigation. Officers sensitively gained the complainant’s recollection of the event, secured CCTV footage, interviewed independent witnesses and obtained DNA and other forensic samples.

It should be noted that according to Chelsey the DNA samples taken from her by medical investigators after she made her report to the police found semen that matched the DNA of those arrested. Chelsey’s account also alleged that Northumbria Police certainly didn’t interview all witnesses who might have been relevant to this case and in securing a conviction.

“In accordance with regulations the suspects were bailed pending the results of forensic tests and following the result a full file-of-evidence was passed to the CPS, who alone have statutory responsibility to make a decision on whether or not criminal charges are brought.

Yes we know that the CPS makes the final decision but, as anyone who has even the most basic knowledge of the content of the evidence file that is submitted to the CPS plays a large part in the decision of the CPS to decide whether or not to prosecute. If the evidence file is incomplete and vital evidence from witnesses etc is missing, whether by incompetence or because of malevolence then this is going to influence the decision making process. It should be noted at this point that the alleged offenders were not imprisoned on remand which should be the procedure if the accused is a flight risk or if there is serious violence alleged by the victim but bailed to a ‘safe house’. These Muslim rape suspects were allowed to walk freely round Sunderland with very little check on or interdiction of their movements.

“The CPS took the decision that no action should be taken, in accordance with the evidential test set out in the Code for Crown Prosecutors.

How delightfully ‘convenient’ for Northumbria Police. The CPS have saved their bacon and allowed them to shuffle off responsibility to the CPS. As an aside: If what Chelsey is saying is correct, and there’s no reason in my mind to disbelieve her, as unusually for the alleged victim of a sex assault she has put aside her right to anonymity, then this refusal to prosecute may indicate problems in both the CPS and the police in this region. If there is a forensic DNA linkage between her and the gang of Muslim ‘refugees’, yet the CPS still refuse to prosecute then we need to ask the question are the CPS also assisting in the burying and side lining of cases of Islamic sex crime? We know that such crime is a problem for Northumbria as public pressure following the Rotherham case and the Jay report caused the force to start looking at the issue of Islamic Rape Gangs. Although Northumbria Police have dragged their heels over this crime phenomena, there have been a large number of suspected Muslim sex criminals arrested as part of Northumbria’s Operation Sanctuary and are being brought before the courts for future trials.

“The complainant has been informed of her right to appeal that decision and officers remain in close contact with her and are committed to offering her and her family all necessary support and advice.

Yeah right. I’ll believe you officer, thousands wouldn’t.

“It is disappointing that the victim is now having to endure a situation where the case she was involved in is being subjected to entirely misleading reporting, based on unfounded information, via social-media outlets.

‘Unfounded information’! Are you having a laugh Chief Supt Noble? We have video of Chelsey’s personal account of the attack and the perfunctory way that your force handled the investigation. This senior officer is all but calling the alleged victim a liar.

“This would seem to be a deliberate attempt to undermine the very strong community-cohesion that currently exists across the force area and we urge our communities to see it for what it is.”

As can be expected with too many of today’s senior police officers, it’s the empty jargon of Islamopandering that they reach for first. As soon as we see the phrase ‘community cohesion’ you just know where Chief Superintendent Ged ‘Wormtongue‘ Noble’s priorities lie, and it’s not, as seems quite clear, with protecting the likes of Chelsey or anyone else from Sunderland’s violent and dangerous Muslims and imposed ‘refugees’. Chief Superintendent Noble’s priorities and sympathies, like that of his force, seem to be almost entirely for an with the invading criminals instead of their victims. Chief Superintendent Noble is just one more disgraceful senior police officer in an increasingly disgraced police culture. Sod ‘community cohesion’ Chief Supt Noble, what is required is justice for Chelsey and every other man, woman and child who is victimised by the followers of an ideology that can be summed up and described in just one word ‘savagery’.

If like me you are disgusted by the way that the police have behaved over this case and want to tell Chief Superintendent Noble exactly what you think of his elevation of concerns about ‘community cohesion’ or ‘not upsetting the Muslims’ if the truth be told, over the concept of justice, then his email address can be found below. Please keep all communications with Chief Superintendent Ged ‘Wormtongue‘ Noble, polite, factual, legal, decent, honest and truthful. By doing that you will be behaving in a damn site better manner than various police forces behave towards those many people who try to complain about Muslim crime.
