‘Can I have a large doner kebab, with mouse droppings and extra filth please’ said no one ever.

A kebab

There’s been a lot of takeaways and other similar eateries busted recently for either licensing breaches or for having extreme problems with food safety and hygene. There is one thing that links many of these eating places and that is the ownership of these appalling filth pits are almost invariably in the hands of Muslims. What is striking about these incidents of failure to comply with food safety and licensing laws, is a complete disregard for these laws and a total lack of concern for any damage that their tainted food will do to any of the customers who eat it.

The latest case to come to my attention is from Salford in Greater Manchester. In this case a Muslim run kebab shop was found to have mouse droppings every where, food waste piled up, bin liners of rubbish stacked up in the rear of the premises and a non co-operative attitude to council food safety staff.

The Manchester Evening News said:

Mouse droppings littered almost every room of a Salford kebab shop, a court heard.

They were found in food preparation and customer areas on the floor, on shelves, old work equipment, next to wrapped food and even alongside cleaning materials.

Food waste was piled up inside the shop and rubbish bags outside.

The situation was so grim the manager agreed to close the premises for two days to get on top of the problems, but then refused to be interviewed by council officers about the offence.

You would think wouldn’t you that a person running a business that has gone awry would want to put it right not try to obstruct council officers? However this is no normal businessman, this is one of our Muslim ‘guests’ of the sort who really don’t care what happens if the kufar eat their botulism burgers or salmonella and mouse shit infused kebabs.

The Manchester Evening News continued:

Abdulraziq Ahmad, owner of Go Shawarma, in Union Terrace, Bury Old Road, Salford, pleaded guilty to failing to adequately control pests, failing to have adequate provision for the disposal of waste and failing to have a documented food safety management system. He was fined a total of £2,250 and ordered to pay £1,000 costs and £75 victim surcharge when he appeared at Salford and Manchester magistrates court on June 19.

According to the press report the eatery closed for several days whilst it underwent a deep clean and has now reopened. Personally I’m surprised that a) the council gave this eatery a second chance to stay trading and b) that the court and the council seemed to buy the ‘I can’t get a waste contractor’ excuse. The food safety and hygiene breaches at this shop were so bad that it would have been more than justified to close the place down permanently and ignore any excuses the management may have given.

The Go Shawarma establishment was absolutely filthy according to the press report. I believe that it is only by luck that customers who have eaten there have not gone down with some serious food borne illness. There are two reasons why non Muslims should not eat in Halal establishments or takeaway places run by Muslims. The first is that money from Halal fees may well end up in the pockets of terrorists as unlike other religions that have dietary restrictions, Islam considers funding jihad as a charitable use for a portion of the Halal certification fees. When you tuck into a Halal kebab remember that part of the money that you hand over could end up buying the bullets or the explosives that jihadists use to murder innocent people. The second reason is the lacksadaisical way that these Muslim takeaway owners treat the issue of food safety. Too many of them really don’t seem to care that much about whether or not their filthy, vermin infested establishments may injure or kill their customers.

For me the Halal sign on the door of an eating establishment is a sign that turns me right off the place. I would not even go in there for a vegetarian item because of the food safety issue and the funding of terrorism one. You can end up taking your life in your hands eating at these filthy places and that’s a damn good reason for avoiding them.
