Oh look! Another ‘prison convert’ to Islam suspected of a terror plot.

The Koran - The Islamic 'Big Book of Death'. It seems as if parents across the country do not want the contents of this book forced on their children.

Converting to Islam is not like converting to any other faith. How many times does this have to be said before the authorities and society start to see this fact? Those who convert to religions or ideologies that have violence and hatred at their very core are unlikely to end up being paragons of virtue and peace are they? We don’t see those who convert to Judaism, Hinduism or newly minted Methodists suddenly wanting to attack a shopping centre when they join these faiths do we? But, we do see this sort of violent behaviour and violent intentions when it comes to those who convert to Islam.

Here’s the latest in a long line of those who have converted to Islam and have then become involved in some way with the more violent aspects of Islam. This case (H/T ROP) from Australia involves an Aboriginal man who converted to Islam in prison and on release ends up being suspected of a of making pro-Islamic terrorist statements and because of that being put on a supervision order by a court.

The Daily Mail said:

An Aboriginal man who ‘converted to Islam’ in jail and allegedly said he believes he will get ’72 virgins in heaven’ if he dies in a terror attack has been granted bail despite allegedly planning to blow up shoppers.

Greg Ceissman allegedly threatened to blow up Bankstown Shopping Centre and attack Marrickville Police station in Sydney while behind bars.

The 24-year-old was subjected to strict supervision conditions when he was released from jail under the Terrorism High Risk Offenders Act last week.

Ceissman appeared in Sydney’s Central Local Court on Monday over alleged breaches of the act, and is expected to enter pleas to the charges next week.

Of course this Islamic convert is whining and saying that his supervision order conditions are too harsh (he’s already accused of breaching them) and he denies any involvement in terrorism.

The Daily Mail added:

He’s accused of saying he would shoot as many police officers as he could and that if he was killed during an attack he’d get 72 virgins in heaven.

However, Ceissman was not charged with a terror offence, and denied making the comments or having extremist views.

The Redfern man is subject to an Interim Supervision Order while the judge considers an application by the state of NSW for a three-year extended supervision order.

This guy sounds like a total and utter Islamic nutjob and he sounds very much like the type of Islamic savage who should be closely monitored. If nothing else this case shows us that people who may be of a violent nature themselves are attracted to the violent ideology of Islam.

It’s astonishing isn’t it just how many people who convert to Islam also end up making threats to kill or carrying out acts of violence? It’s like there is something different about Islam in the form of encouragement to violence that is not found elsewhere.

The growing number of individuals who convert to Islam and then become involved in some way or another with Islamic violence should be a wake up call for all of us in the West and especially our governments. This propensity for new Muslims to be violent and aggressive should make us be wary of those who convert to Islam. At best conversion to Islam represents some form of character flaw in the convert and at worst it could mean someone who is inherently violent looking for some form of spiritual permission to be violent. In any case we should consider shunning and being suspicious of those who choose a spiritual path that is almost indelibly linked with some of the worst example of savagery we see in the world today.
