The British security forces have stopped yet another Islamic atrocity. Yesterday it was reported that a naturalised British Muslim man had been convicted of plotting to use a remote controlled vehicle as a weapon in a planned mass casualty attack.
Farhad Salah was a supporter of ISIS who had amassed a large collection of ISIS and other jihadist propaganda and torture videos was finally sentenced after a six week trial that ended a few weeks ago. Salah has been gaoled for fifteen years but due to parole for good behaviour may even be out in about seven years or so.
Whilst it is welcome to have this potential Islamic beast off of the streets for a few years it is right that we are concerned about what happens when this savage is released? It is unlikely that prison will reform him or make him less of a jihad supporting savage as he will be one of a number of jihadi prisoners who are incarcerated and who will see to it that he doesn’t get deradicalised.
This Muslim murder plotter originally hails from one of the Kurdish areas of Iraq and Syria and in order for this savage to no longer pose a threat to Britons, he should be removed from the UK at the end of his sentence. Britons no matter what their race or peaceful religious belief system, have no need to put up with Salah on our islands for a moment longer than we need to.
This time the British people were lucky, not only were the police and security services on the ball when it came to Salah and his desires to kill non Muslims but also because of Salah’s stupidity in voicing those desires provided extra evidence as to his intent. There are as likely as not many more Muslims who like Salah desire our deaths and the next time they cook up some terror plot we may not be so lucky and a mass casualty terror attack will take place. Unless we as a society recognise that Islam is not only morally different and radically so from the Judaeo-Christian culture that has been built in the West we will continue to face problems. We will face a future where death or wounding from seemingly random Muslims like Salah who can at any time suffer from sudden jihad syndrome, will be the order of the day. That is not a situation that we should wish to see in either our generation or in the generations of our children.
