Are the Coronavirus restrictions and police issued fines even lawful?

Well the respected, police sceptic online commentator Crimebodge seems to think so. According to Crimebodge, the statutory instrument that was passed by the Commons and Lords that brought about the Covid19 lockdown restrictions are unlawful and Ultra Vires. They, according to Crimebodge, do not abide by the primary legislation that they were brought in under which is the The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984. This means that any fine or other penalty that is imposed on a British subject under the 2020 Coronavirus Regulations is unlawful and can be challenged in the courts, something that Crimebodge himself advises those given such fines to do.
