From Elsewhere: A very important question.

The question in this case which is asked by Tim Dieppe of the Christian Concern group regarding the Metropolitan Police’s lack of action against radical Muslims at Speaker’s Corner, even when these Muslims commit offences, is ‘are we Britain or Saudi Arabia?’ Its a damned good question.

The Met Police should be managing the often truculent and aggressive situation that has grown up at Speaker’s Corner, a situation brought about by the intolerant Islamic extremists who have now colonised the place, but the Met does not. Instead it panders to the aggressive Muslims by targeting the Christian campaigner and preacher Hatun Tash. The Met have gone out of their way to arrest Ms Tash for offences that they are not arresting Muslims for even when Muslims have been those who have aggressed against Ms Tash. She’s been arrested even when it is clear that she is the victim of aggression and the Met have even refused to properly investigate an incident when Ms Tash was stabbed by one of the Muslim attendees at Speaker’s Corner.

Please read Mr Dieppe’s piece which has been published over at The Critic magazine. It’s a shocking description of how far the Met will go to not deal with a problem when that problem has been caused by aggressive extremist Muslims. It’s a shameful tale of how the Met has abandoned honest and equitable policing of Speaker’s Corner and one that will or rather should make you angry at how far the Met has fallen.
