Out of all the major religions that exist in their current form today there is only one that has a recognised and recorded death toll that is associated with its major religious festival. That faith is Islam. Every year and at every Ramadan there is a death toll from religiously inspired violence.

The Ramadan death toll, as monitored by the Religion of Peace website rarely if ever shows a death toll that is under three figures and it has often been into four figure territory. Every year at Ramadan Muslims murder others because according to Islamic theology it is considered an auspicious period to carry out acts of Jihad against non-Muslims and also those Muslims who might be considered as ‘infidels’ by Jihadists. The vast majority of those murdered at Ramadan are often other Muslims which backs up my belief that the primary victims of Islam are ordinary and very often peaceable Muslims.

There is, you will no doubt have noticed, no religiously inspired death toll in the modern world with the Christian festivals of Easter and Christmas nor is Judaism a religion that sees its adherents go and murder people at Rosh Hashanah or Passover. As for Sikhs, Hindus, Jains, Buddhists and the rest there is also no religiously motivated death toll associated with these faiths. It is only Islam where their major religious festival has a death toll from religiously inspired violence associated with it.

Of course there are Muslims who do not undertake acts of violence as part of Ramadan, they gather with their families and don’t cause too much bother for anyone else. But it is impossible and indeed stupid to ignore the fact that there are Muslims who think it’s a good idea to kill people during Ramadan. ‘Skipping lunch and then going out to kill people’ is not something we associate with Christian Lent for example, but we do when it comes to Ramadan.

So we now reach the actual end of Ramadan Day 30 and the death toll is nearly 500, 499 according to the score kept by the Religion of Peace website. This death toll was accrued after 133 attacks carried out in numerous countries. Thankfully this was an improvement on last year’s Ramadan death toll which was 2007 or 2024’s figure of 808 or 741 for 2023’s Ramadan. Remember these death tolls are only for Ramadan and do not take into account the many other attacks by Islam on non-Muslims or other Muslims. For comparison there have been no religiously inspired deaths from Christians or Jews or Hindus and especially not from the Jains during their major religious festivals. There have also, according to the above-mentioned site, been zero deaths during this Ramadan period from the ‘far right’ or similar groupings, yet we in Britain are dishonestly told by our government that the biggest threat to civil order are the ‘far right’.

That narrative espoused by the British Government is clearly a pile of bullshit so large that it might be seen from space. There are not 40+ thousand people in Britain being pushed towards violence because of an affinity to the views of the late Sir Oswald Mosley, but there are 40+ thousand Muslims having to be watched by our security services in order to prevent them from going kinetic on us. When you see figures like that and the figures for the death toll that is consistently associated with Ramadan it is possible to understand why many people, in the West and elsewhere but particularly in the West, are increasingly hostile to the ideology of Islam.

We do not fear modern Christians going on a hunt for non-believers in order to kill them or Anglicans violently turning on the Methodists, we don’t fear Haredi Jews turning violently on Reform Jews, but we do fear Muslims killing people, often Muslim people, in the name of their deity. There is something different when it comes to Islam, something untoward about its theology, its practises and its culture of violence and no amount of the false equivalences with other faiths that are promoted by the mendacious grievance mongering taqiyya artists that pop up to whitewash Islam can obscure those differences between Islam and other faiths. To discover how different Islam is then all that needs to be done is look at the Ramadan ‘Big Savage House’ death toll. That should be all the argument you need to bust into dust the argument made by the taqiyya artists that Islam is the same as other faiths, it’s not and we need to be honest as societies about that fact.

Finally, it’s time to speculate about next year’s Ramadan death toll. Bearing in mind the current geopolitical issues with Iran and the growth of jihadism in general, will the next Ramadan death toll be higher or lower than this year’s relatively low figure of 499? What new horrors will the ideology of Islam give us when Ramadan next occurs between February 8^th to March 9^th 2027? We can but wait.
