I love this film and watch it every couple of years or so.  It’s a film with heroes and villains, patriots and traitors and is set during the Nazi Occupation of Norway.

The IMDB site said of the film:

Resistance fighter Knut Straud enlists the reluctant physicist Rolf Pedersen in an effort to destroy the German heavy water production plant near the village of Rjukan in rural Telemark.”

A gripping film from beginning to end.
