You would think that West Mercia Police would have better things to do wouldn’t you, like catching Muslim terrorists for instance?

We live in a time when senior police officers are often heard whining about ‘lack of resources’. ‘There’s not enough funding to provide a proper effective policing service’ they cry. In some force areas, a victim of theft or burglary will probably never be visited by a police officer or a scenes of crime officer, they will just be given a crime number for insurance purposes and basically told to sod off.

Police forces also complain about the burdens placed upon them by the ongoing and worsening problem of Islamic extremism and terrorism, of the sort that has taken all too many innocent British lives of late. However, it seems that although there isn’t enough resources to catch burglars or to monitor the increasing number of the dodgy and possibly self detonating followers of Islam, there seems to be plenty of resources to be found to stop Muslims being ‘offended’. This particular case from Worcestershire, which was sent to this blog by a contact in the area (thanks), and shows the odious Islamopandering that West Mercia Police is currently splurging resources on, resources I might add that would be far better spent elsewhere, such as on catching Islamic terrorists for instance.

Local newspapers in the Worcestershire area are reporting that two people have been arrested for burning a Koran, in a police operation that must have cost taxpayers a vast amount of money to pay for. It appears that there is little money in the West Mercia Police kitty for anti-terror or public order or road traffic or general policing, but there is plenty of money to splurge on ‘offended’ Muslims.

Here’s two stories that appeared in local papers in the Worcestershire area about this ‘heinous’ crime that probably took officers away from much more important matters. I do hope that no terrorists were engaged in pre-atrocity reconnosance of Worcester Cathedral or the local football club Worcester FC, whilst the police were engaged with this trifling issue. If people on West Mercia Police’s patch die or are injured in a terror attack plot that was missed due to the force engaging in diversity fellatio with local Muslims, then that will be in large extent the fault not only of the murderous savages themselves, but the police’s diversion towards guff like this.

First the article from the Evesham Observer by reporter Joshua Godfrey. I’ll be quoting the entirety of this piece and the companion piece from the Kidderminster Shuttle, just in case it mysteriously ‘disappears’ from the newspaper’s website, which sometimes happens when stories involving the ‘religion of exploding to pieces’ are published.

The Evesham Observer said:

A WOMAN from Evesham is one of two people from Worcestershire arrested after a video was posted on Facebook which appeared to show a man burning a copy of the Koran.

The 30 second video, which was posted on the social media site on Tuesday, is being investigated by West Mercia Police as a hate crime.

A 45-year-old man has since been arrested on suspicion of posting videos or images likely to cause racial hatred.

A 45-year-old woman, from Evesham, has also been arrested on suspicion of inciting racial hatred.

Supt Kevin Purcell said: “This was a concerning incident and we will be carrying out a thorough investigation. It is being investigated as a hate crime.

We have been in contact with our local Muslim community via Coun Jabba Riaz, Deputy Mayor for Worcester, who as always acts as a critical friend in support of what we do.

If anyone has any concerns about social media posts that potentially incite hate I would urge them not to share the posts but to report the incident to the police and social media company at the earliest opportunity,” he added.

Copies of the Koran are treated with high regard by Muslims and any move to desecrate or destroy the holy book is seen as an insult.

And now we move onto the companion article from the Kidderminster Shuttle by reporter Tom Davis.

The Kidderminster Shuttle said:

TWO people from Worcestershire have been arrested by West Mercia Police in connection to Facebook posts which are being treated as a racial ‘hate crime’.

The incidents were reported to police by several people who had seen posts made on the social media site on June 6.

As a result, a 45-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of posting videos or images likely to cause racial hatred.

A 45-year-old woman has further been arrested on suspicion of inciting racial hatred.

Superintendent Kevin Purcell said: “This was a concerning incident and we will be carrying out a thorough investigation.

“It is being investigated as a hate crime.

We have been in contact with our local Muslim community via Councillor Jabba Riaz, deputy mayor for Worcester, who as always acts as a critical friend in support of what we do.

If anyone has any concerns about social media posts that potentially incite hate I would urge them not to share the posts but to report the incident to the police and social media company at the earliest opportunity.”

Councillor Jabba Riaz told our sister paper the Worcester News he had seen the post, and thanked officers with dealing with it promptly.

“There is a good relationship with West Mercia Police in the city,” Cllr Riaz said.

“The police are open, reactive and prompt with their dealing with any incidents of this nature.

“We thank them for their hard work in the city.”

When you read these two stories, which are very similar and appear to be cobbled together from the same West Mercia Police press release do you notice anything odd and disturbing in them, apart from the waste of police resources on this ‘hate crime’ nonsense that is? Yes, it’s the seemingly highly creepy and downright subservient attitude of Superintendent Kevin Purcell, pictured below, towards the local Muslim panjandrum, Deputy Mayor Cllr Jabba Riaz.

Superintendent Kevin Purcell of West Mercia Police

You can almost hear Supt Purcell’s tongue slurping away as he gives Jabba Riaz a completely unjustified and unnecessary political ‘rimming’. ‘Oh Cllr Riaz you are such a critical friend to us’ he says (slurp, slurp) and ‘we’ve been in contact with our local Muslim community’ (slurp, slurp). I wonder if Supt Purcell is as obsequious with other members of the public as he is with Cllr Riaz? Personally I doubt it. This looks like yet more Islamopandering of the type that we see all too damn much of these days from our police forces. It seems to be almost a case of police officers saying to members of the public: ‘Sorry Sir, I can’t deal with the case of the Muslims who gang-raped your daughter as I have a priority job, a Muslim who has complained of being offended’.

This case is extremely troubling. Burning a book, any book, provided that it is a person’s own property and has not been stolen, should have bugger all to do with the police. Burning a Koran or a Bible, a copy of Readers Digest Magazine or Hitler’s Mein Kampf should not be an offence it should be accepted as part of free expression, even if some people whether they be Nazis, Christians or Muslims are offended by that act.

I very much doubt that West Mercia Police would have launched this expensive and unnecessary investigation if for example the book being incinerated was a Bible for instance. It only seems to be when a Koran is burned that the police spring into action at ordinary Britons who are torching a Koran probably in protest at the violent Islamic savages that are murdering and raping our kids, along with mowing down drinkers and tourists on London Bridge and at Borough Market.

There’s something else odd about this story and that is the degree of involvement of Cllr Riaz in this case. I do wonder whether this case was prioritised because the complainant was Cllr Riaz himself?

This passage from the Kidderminster Shuttle piece suggests that it was Cllr Riaz who saw it and wa at least one of the complainants:

Councillor Jabba Riaz told our sister paper the Worcester News he had seen the post, and thanked officers with dealing with it promptly.

If it was the intervention of Cllr Riaz that got these two Briton’s nicked for merely disposing of their own property in a manner of their own choosing, then it may indicate that this man may have undue influence on policing matters. If the police are not nicking people for burning or defacing a bible, even if say a Vicar complains, then what we have here is a classic example of police Islamopandering and of officers who don’t police equitably, but merely ask ‘how high’ when some local Muslim head-man tells them to jump.

So, if you are in the West Mercia Police area and you are wondering why the police have not sent an officer round after your burglary then stop wondering. The police are probably dealing with cry-bully Muslims and their exaggerated sense of ‘offence’.

There have been far too many of these arrests for Koran burning in recent years and may be the reason for this is that these burnings are sporadic therefore police can throw resources at catching one or two people. The police then start bullying them to plead guilty to some bullshit ‘hate crime’ charge thereby intimidating others into not expressing their displeasure with the religion of rape and murder by incinerating a Koran.

Maybe the way to fight this is not to torch Koran’s, or even copies of Readers Digest magazine if that is your choice, in ones and twos, but to have a mass distributed conflagration of Korans? Imagine thousands of Korans, or copies of Mein Kampf, all being burned by thousands of different people in different parts of the world, all at the same time. In that case it would be very difficult if not ruinously expensive, especially if those taking part took appropriate security measures, for the police to track down, arrest and process thousands upon thousands of angry book burners. Such an action would not only show these ‘hate crime’ laws to be the anti-free speech crock of shit that they are, but may also help to reveal to the public just how eagerly our police officers jump when some Muslim whines to them that they are ‘offended’. To those Muslims who are ‘offended’ by someone burning their own personal copy of a Koran I say this: Suck it up. They may be ‘offended’ by the sight of a smouldering ‘big book of death’ but the rest of us, the more normal and same amongst us, are far more justifiably offended by the sight of violent Muslim thugs murdering little girls at a pop concert or running down and killing non Muslims on London’s streets.

The original video of the alleged Koran burning is not as far as I can see still available but instead here is a video I found of a Koran getting up close and personal with some ‘energetic materials’.

And a video of 40,000 Koran’s going up the chimney

Or maybe someone making another statement using this highly flammable book?
