From Elsewhere: A vehicle barrier does not say ‘religion of peace’ does it?

A picture taken by the writer British Awakening of the heavy security blockade in London's Hyde Park. It's ironic that this level of security is required to protect Britons against the followers of an ideology that is often misnamed as a 'religion of peace'.

There are many religions that have at their heart the idea of peace but Islam is not one of them. Across Europe and especially in the United Kingdom we are seeing the erection of heavy security barriers to protect innocent people from attacks by enraged and violent Muslims. These barriers, which are being hastily put up in the run up to Christmas, are not being put up to protect shoppers and revellers from berzerk Buddhists, armed Amish or homicidal Hindus, as virtually none of the followers of these faiths represent a threat to the rest of us.

The barriers are being erected to protect us, or rather attempt to protect us from the growing threat posed by the followers of the violent ideology of Islam. When people speak to me of how Islam is a religion of peace, I point to the death toll clocked up by Muslims since 2001 and ask them ‘so what other religion are all these security precautions being taken to protect us from?’ The Islam apologists normally either have no answer to that or just scream ‘racist’ or ‘Islamophobe’ at me.

Another writer, British Awakening, over at the Participator website has also noticed the growing need to have ‘truck of Islamic peace’ barriers placed where once Britons walked freely and in relative safety. In this piece by British Awakening, whilst walking through London’s Hyde Park, the writer notices and photographs (picture above) the heavy security needed to protect a Christmas ‘Winter Wonderland’ event from attack. This is security that would not have been needed had Britain not been led by politicians that allowed the cancerous theology of Islam to implant itself and metastasise in our society. We should not be fooled by the pro Islam voices in Theresa May’s government or from within Britain’s heavily politicised police forces that may say that these barriers are there to protect citizens and visitors from a nebulous and generalised thing called ‘terrorism’, this is dishonest in the extreme. The threat we face is not coming from the political Right or the political Left, although I admit both currents have their violent nutters, nor is it coming from Jews Christians, Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs or neo-Pagans or those who like to get drunk and dance around Stonehenge twice a year, it’s coming from Islam. Sadly all too many of Britain’s politicians don’t want to admit that fact and continue to use slippery and ill defined words and phrases such as ‘violent extremism’ when they should be telling the truth and saying that it’s Islam that is the problem.

Below is part of the piece by British Awakening for the Participator site and I would strongly advise clicking through and reading the rest of the piece as it is thought provoking, sick making and anger inducing..

British Awakening said:

My circuit around the park normally ends at Hyde Park Corner, here there is a long road designed for vehicle access and as I strolled I stopped to consider the view to the entrance to the Winter Wonderland for in front of me lay masses of concrete blocks and huge metallic gates. A sense of the incongruous overwhelmed me, behind the hoarding work was taking place to prepare Santa’s grotto and other Christmas activities for children and their families, yet before them lay fortifications probably not seen in this country since the Second World War. I took a picture of what I saw and later on I tweeted the picture and a semi humorous message.

I used humour because it is a better way to get a message across than anger. Yet I am angry, when I was a child Christmas was a magical time, there was no sense of fear or foreboding just excitement and wonder. Back then my parents could take me to see Santa with a reasonable expectation that we would all get home alive. Now fearful parents – if they dare risk it, are forced to take their children through a field of fortifications, security and body searches to enjoy what should be and used to be an innocent life affirming act of human theatre.

The writer, then went to to mull over the increasingly discredited and dishonest term ‘Islamophobia’ and how it is being used to silence people and stop them from speaking out about an ideology that can in no way can be described as a ‘religion of peace’. British Awakening said that although the word ‘Islamophobia’ was being used to shut people up, this is increasingly looking incongruous as the evidence of our own eyes, of which heavy security barriers to stop Muslims murdering us are but a part, starts to stack up.

I, as did many Britons, lived through a time when terrorism from Irish Republican sources was a problem in the UK but despite many deaths and much destruction Britain did keep calm and carried on as normally as possible. Looking back, there was never really a need for the British subject to be faced with the sort of heavy and overt security that is now having to be deployed in order to defend us from raving Islamic savages. The IRA, INLA and other Irish Republican groups in the main chose different targets from the sort of targets the Jihadis are choosing. Irish Republican targets were the military, political and commercial sectors and although their violence must be condemned, a lot of Irish Republicans did try to minimise civilian casualties by giving bomb warnings because they knew that murdering innocent shoppers would not do their political cause any good whatsoever. When Irish Republicans did on occasion murder civilians this was reflected in a rise in hatred towards the Irish Republican cause and this is not what the terrorists wanted. This is not the case with the savagery that is Islam.

Islamic jihadis don’t care about damage to image, for them it’s not a priority to murder particular individuals or members of particular professions such as the military and politics, the Islamic savage just wants to kill as many non Muslims as possible. Killing non Muslims is how Islam was founded and how it spread across the Middle East and North Africa. We should be completely unsurprised therefore to see that Muslims are engaged in indiscriminate killing of non Muslims here today in the United Kingdom.

Nothing says ‘religion of peace’ like having to surround a Christmas ‘Winter Wonderland’ or other public events with concrete barriers in order to protect innocent people from violent Muslims. However, as we can see with our own eyes, Islam is nothing like a genuine religion of peace and the need for increased and highly visible security blows apart the lie that Islamic theology is peaceful and that the followers of this ideology are more liable than others to kill in the name of their deity. Every concrete block that has to be laid for protection, every additional armed police officer on our streets, every arrest and prosecution of Islamic extremists, every incident of rape jihad and of religiously inspired violence exposes the lies that we have been fed about the nature of Islam. Islam is not peaceful and the measures needed to protect us from its increasingly violent followers show that.

  1. Alas, Mrs May, ever keen to keep her eyes where the sun don’t shine, will simply pronounce takfir on any Muslim involved in a terror attack — problem solved!
