Guest Post – Beyond Hate by ‘The Londoner’

This is the second of two articles by the writer ‘The Londoner’ that this blog is featuring today.

Anybody who has been active online in the UK as a critic of the ideology of Islam may well have come across a group called ‘Resisting Hate’ and the founder Roanna Carleton Taylor. Ms Carleton-Taylor spends an inordinate amount of time smearing innocent people as ‘Nazis’ and ‘racists’ merely for asking awkward questions of an extremely awkward ideology, Islam. She also is often accompanied by her own little gang of trolls that are in themselves hate-filled, foul mouthed and are all too often to be found acting in a similar racist or homophobic manner that Ms Carleton-Taylor decries whether rightly, but more often wrongly, in her targets.

I’ve come across Ms Carleton-Taylor before when I was a Twitter user and I can confirm that her and her crew are nasty pieces of Left wing knobwittery. Back in mid to late 2016 during a discussion ‘Resisting Hate’ and her crew tried unsuccessfully to try to intimidate me by passing my social media details onto the Government Communications Headquarters at Cheltenham. The reason that these tossers did this well it was because I refused to join the sob-fest that many on the Left had started over the murdered MP Jo Cox. Instead of trying to sanctify Jo Cox as the left were doing I, whilst making it perfectly clear that the way to remove dodgy MP’s is via the ballot box, not the barrel of a gun, pointed out the rabidly pro Islam activities that Ms Cox had been associated with.

Although I took no damage from ‘Resisting Hate’ and her minions, others have not been so fortunate. As detailed in the article below, people, mere critics of Islam have been allegedly doxed by those associated with Resisting Hate and some have lost jobs because of the ‘Resisting Hate’ lot. Resisting Hate and those associated with them are hateful group posing as one that is opposed to groundless hatred. Hypocrites the lot of them. I’m delighted to have received this guest post laying into a group of leftist activists who do nothing but smear, dox, insult and attempt to intimidate those with whom they disagree.

Beyond Hate – by ‘The Londoner’

There is a twitter page called @ResistingHate and it claims to be co-founded by a woman by the name of @RcarletonTaylor. Roanna also claims to be a witch and she used to have a video online which advised people on how to be a witch on the cheap, and one suggestion was to steal salt out of restaurants. She took the video down after being mocked for it (and maybe after waking up to the reality that being a witch isn’t really a thing. Thankfully, people have downloaded it and it’s readily available for anyone to watch who is in need of a good old chuckle.

Resisting Hate. What a good idea. How would a person go about resisting hate? I would imagine it would include engaging in dialogue, having open discourse and an exchange of ideas all leading to some negotiated centre-ground from which everyone could operate without fear and from where each person could freely express their opinions without being shouted down as ‘racist’ or ‘bigot’. That would be a good start. Let’s listen to each other and let’s try to find a compromise, let’s find out what unites rather than divides us. What are our problems and what are we opposed to? Let’s figure it all out and be friends. None of those options seem to be in @ResistingHate’s narrative, however.

Roanna Carleton (co-founder) is one of the most hateful people on the internet. She has tweeted out her full support for a hard-line troll called Joker (or variant spellings thereof, a man so hateful that his accounts are constantly being suspended as soon as he makes them, and this has been going on for at least a four-year period on twitter). She has gone so far as to publicly state that she will NEVER reveal his identity because he is such a good friend of hers (Nov 13, 2017).

Loyalty to one’s friends is a good thing. Absolutely. But there are a trio of people on twitter that Roanna is best mates with. Joker, Monkey, and Lazarus. Joker likes to call people ‘faggots’ and ‘white spastics’ and ‘niggers’ or ‘nigs’, and he likes to tell people he is a pharmacist who can access people’s private information which he posts online. He posts pictures of his NHS card and patients’ medical records. He also says he likes to ‘fuck with white people’s medication’ (racism), and that he’s going to ‘cut up white faglets’ and throw them off scaffolding (homophobia). He threatened to visit a trans woman’s home and fuck her up (transphobia). The Monkey character says she sends people’s details to isis, and the Lazarus account is simply not worth talking about. You’d lose brain cells trying to debate with him the man is that moronic.

Why would a group called ‘ResistingHate’ support the three biggest haters on twitter? Joker, Monkey and Lazarus don’t simply name-call on twitter. They spend their (funded?) time ‘doxxing’ people, portraying people as racists and attempting to lose people their jobs and make them unemployable. Lazarus drove up to one’s man’s house to confront him but drove off even faster when he saw the man come out of his front door and realized he was no match for the man that he was trying to challenge. Words have power. If someone calls you a racist or a rapist, it’s hard to prove you’re not. Resisting Hate take advantage of this word play.

Roanna, very un-ironically, was short-listed last year for a ‘fighting hate’ award by some dubious organisation called #no2h8. The people handing out the awards clearly didn’t do their homework. Roanna is not for discourse at all. She’s aligned with the majority of hard-left groups on twitter. If she finds someone she feels guilty of ‘wrong-think’ then she puts out the command for everyone to mass-report the person as being spam or hacked. In this way Roanna gets people’s accounts shut down. No one has any chance to defend themselves and Roanna gets to bully her way through twitter, and she gets to decide who has a platform and who doesn’t. She proudly, today, posted an article written by herself about why doxxing and ruining people’s lives is necessary. Twitter quickly removed it. Seems not everyone is in agreement with her methods of resisting hatred.

She cites her hero, a Dr. Kurdy (quoted by TellMama – the group who lied about ‘hate crimes’ in order to continue obtaining their governmental funding by filing mean tweets as being hate crimes). Dr. Kurdy was stabbed in the neck by a homeless man as he was entering a mosque and he says “I forgive because I have to listen to why people hate in order to talk with them.” I find it most bizarre that Roanna Carleton Taylor, whilst citing a hero’s ethos, isn’t willing to emulate it. She doesn’t listen to people to understand why anyone hates, she simply sounds out her twitter bugle and has anyone whose opinions don’t agree with hers shut down. There’s no way forward from this type of behaviour.

If enough people mass-report you on twitter for being spam or for targeted harassment, whether you are guilty of it or not, your account will be suspended. Resisting Hate put out posts telling their followers ‘you know what to do’ whilst linking to the ‘offending’ person who has an opinion different from their own. Resisting Hate know this and they take full advantage of it. They haven’t reported the Joker account for wanting to kill faggots, they haven’t reported Monkey for passing details on to isis (or for using the words mong and flid – thalidomoid – these are the N words for people with genetic and physical disabilities, yet Roanna is best mates with them). Resisting Hate actively support these accounts. Their latest recruit is a failed Scottish ex-soldier, muslim convert who, drunk one night, sent threatening texts to other mosque members. The police looked through his computer and decided he was an idiot who is no threat to anyone. His name is Alexander Tiffin. The mistake he made was that when you googled his name, you could click on one picture and it took you straight to his Resisting Hate twitter account. As soon as it was pointed out who he was, he deleted his twitter account. Why would he do this if Resisting Hate are so noble? Do they have something to hide?

This all leaves me wondering what kind of hate Resisting Hate are resisting. They seem to be creating and supporting hatred by trying to doxx people and make them unemployable if the person’s opinion doesn’t agree with their own. Roanna was recently engaged in a ‘debate’ with a slightly center-right trans person. Roanna dehumanized the trans person by calling her ‘him’ and ‘it’ simply because the trans person didn’t adhere to Roanna’s strict criteria of how people must think, and certainly not how trans people must think. Is this tolerance? After a while, and after many other twitter users pointing out Resisting Hate’s hypocrisy, Resisting Hate asked the trans woman if they could DM her to offer an apology for calling a trans lady ‘him’ and ‘it’. The trans woman said, very correctly, that anything they had to say could be said in public since everything else they had thrown at her had been very public. Resisting Hate wanted to offer the trans woman an apology on their terms. The world is comprised of different time zones, and the trans woman told them she would accept their apology for their hateful behaviour if they pinned their apology to their page for 24 hours so that all of their followers in all different time zones could see it. Resisting Hate said ‘NO’ to that request, which makes me wonder how heart-felt their apology must have been.

Roanna used to tweet as ‘bored_rose’ (a very well-known troll who relentlessly targeted a woman whose husband was on life support, and was part of a group who then mocked the woman when her husband died), then she changed her @ to Witchy whilst still engaging with and in full support of Joker, Monkey, and Lazarus. She now chooses to go under her real name of Roanna Carleton Taylor after having been nominated for ‘crime-fighter’ of the year (which she didn’t win – God only knows who researched the nominees, a quick glance over her twitter account reveals Roanna to be aligned with jihadists, homophobes and racists).

Resisting Hate aren’t resisting hate, they are reviving it.
