And now, ladies and gentlemen, for your delight, the ‘Zionist seagul’

An Armenian Gull similar to the one that was captured in Lebanon and accused of being an Israeli spy

Like many other sane individuals, when I encounter a seagull I think of them as flying rats or birds liable to crap on people’s heads or nick people’s chips at the seaside. If I saw a seagull with an leg tag I would think ‘research project’ and move on to a place where this and other seagulls cannot steal my food or crap on me. However in the less than sane world of the Islamic Middle East, the sight of a seagul wearing a tracking tag elicits the thought ‘this seagull is an Israeli spy’

According to Ynet News, an Israeli outlet, ornithologists at an Israeli research centre nursed a sick Armenian seagul back to health and fitted it with a GPS tracker so that scientists could monitor the migration patterns of these birds. Unfortunately, the bird on its journey North had the bad luck to land in the Lebanon, a country whose capital was once described as ‘The Paris of the East’ but is now an Islamic hell hole. Local Muslims picked up the bird and noticed that it had a tracking tag affixed to it. Now what with Lebanon now being inhabited by a lot of low IQ, violent, paranoid Muslims, the immediate assumption was not that this bird was part of a research project but that it was a crafy Israeli spy.

Ynet News said:

Reseachers at Ramat Gan Safari attached a surveillance transmitter to a seagull’s leg for research purposes and set it free. Unfortunately, the bird landed in Tripoli, where it was soon caught and transferred to the authorities on suspicion of spying for Israel.

How does a wounded gull becomes an Israeli spy? Ask the media outlets in Arab countries.
This story began a few months ago when a sick seagull discovered in Eilat was transferred to the veterinary hospital at Ramat Gan Safari. In April, the bird recovered and was released near Atlit, a small town located on the northern coast.

Before its release, researchers attached a GPS-based satellite transmitter onto the seagull’s leg, in order to track the bird’s migration route.

The gull arrived at Tripoli, Libya. Unfortunately, locals noticed the transmitter attached to its leg, and apparently transferred the bird to the authorities.

The authorities suspected that the seagull was part of an Israeli espionage plot, and Arab media outlets published pictures of the seagull with the transmitter alongside a caption accusing the bird of espionage: “engaged in spying for Israel.”

Ynet News then went onto explain that the transmitter seems to have been working for a short while after the bird had landed in the Lebaonon and even showed that the bird had been transferred to a villa in Beirut. Ynet presumes that the bird was being examined by the Jew-hating fraggles and of Hezbollah. The radio signal from the transmitter has now ceased and there is no indication of the fate of the bird itself. However, I wouldn’t want to rate very highly the chances of survival of a ‘Jewish seagull’ after falling into the hands of Jeremy Corbyn’s former friends in Hezbollah.

This seagul incident is indicative of the sort of mindset that exists among the Islamic enemies not only of Israel but the Islamic enemies of the West itself. Even the most innocent of things, such as in this case a nature monitoring project, gets twisted into paranoid Jew hatred. It is difficult to take seriously, and probably impossible to make peace with, those who generations of inbreeding and consistent Islamic hate preaching have twisted into believing that there’s a lethal Jew hiding around every corner. I have little doubt that the best way to describe a culture that can’t tell the difference between a bird being tracked as part of a scientific project and an act of espionage is ‘accursed’. The Jew haters of Islam are becoming yet more demented by the day, first there was the wild accusation by an Islamic leader that ‘The jews are secretly stealing my shoes at night’ and now there is the case of the seagul mistaken for a Yiddisher avian James Bond. When you look at what sort of neighbours Israel has got then it becomes highly understandable why Israel defends its borders so strongly.
