The Tommy Robinson trial 27th September 2018

Tommy Robinson supporters outside the Old Bailey earlier today

I had hoped to bring you all direct coverage of the re-trial of human rights activist Tommy Robinson who is having a contempt of court hearing at the Central Criminal Court in front of the Recorder of London Nicholas Hilliard QC, but due to the police and court officials deciding to make the public gallery of court two ‘ticket only’ this was not possible. Because it was not possible for me to gain access to the courtroom I shall instead take reports from other sources, including trusted sources such as Ezra Levant’s, as a basis for this piece, and give my commentary on those reports by Mr Levant and others.

I approached the court area at about 09:40 and found a demonstration by the usual suspects of the Left shouting and screaming and attempting to paint Mr Robinson as some sort of ‘neo Nazi’, which he plainly is not. This demonstration, which appeared to be dominated by members of the Socialist Workers Party, was dwarfed by the massive and from what I could see at the time mostly good natured, pro Tommy demonstration. As it was obvious that I was not going to be able to get into the court I decided to go back to my digs in North London and write this piece as best I could using any information I could get from trustworthy sources. I was delighted to meet some people whose online political content I have enjoyed in the past including the erudite You Tube commentator ‘Politico’.

The Left wing opponents to Tommy, from what I could see about 100 of them, didn’t take long to melt away and go home in the face of massive, at least 1500, support for Tommy outside the court.

The outcome of this case as I understand it is that according to Mr Levant’s Twitter feed, the case has been adjourned by order of the judge as there may be scheduling conflicts with some of the parties involved in this case. The Recorder of London has put back this case until late October possibly sometime after the 22nd of that month.

This particular case outcome is not totally unexpected, this is a high profile case where there is a lot of genuine public interest and I’m not at all surprised that the Recorder of London has put this case back so that the case can be heard properly and fairly. Mr Robinson’s legal team at Carson Kaye Solicitors have tweeted that: ‘Our client Stephen Lennon AKA Tommy Robinson’s case has been adjourned for further legal argument about the correct procedural approach’.

Readers interested in more detail about today’s proceedings regarding Mr Robinson at the Central Criminal Court should go to Ezra Levant’s Twitter feed as he was inside the court throughout the hearing. You can access Mr Levant’s Twitter feed by following the link below,

  1. Time = Money. Lawyers, solicitors, QCs cost a lot of money. This is all part of the Establishment’s plan to break Tommy financially as well as spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally.

  2. I would think that by the time they finally get round to putting on the Show Trial the 3 linked Huddersfield trials will have concluded with a clutch of nasty CSE convictions which will make the UK regime’s vindictive Islamo-appeasing spite appear even more ridiculous and politically motivated than it does now.

From what I’ve seen – including Politico’s excellent youtube videos- the morally bankrupt craven State’s case against Tommy looks exceedingly weak indeed.

I’ve tweeted this by the way as I have most of your fine commentary
