I want to take this opportunity to point this blog’s readers in the direction of a resource that may be useful to them. The blog, entitled Combatting Anti-Semitism and Israel Hatred which is run by a man called Edgar Davidson is a treasure trove of information. It is especially detailed regarding biased reporting on the subject of Israel by Western mainstream media and the free pass given to Islamic anti-Semtism by the Left and various Islamic groups. This blog takes aim squarely at some well deserved targets including Jeremy Corbyn, the BBC and in particular the appalling mendacious grievance mongers of the Tell Mama organisation and its founder Fiyaz Mughal.

For Jewish readers one specific interest of Edgar’s blog is his detailed, well researched and critical coverage of some of the British organisations that are supposed to represent the interests of British Jews, but which spend far too much time and resources pandering to some quite questionable Islamic groups in the name of ‘interfaith’. Those of us who believe that it is impossible to do proper and trustworthy interfaith work with many Islamic groups, on the grounds that you cannot make coexist with those who want you dead, see Mr Davidson’s work is like a breath of fresh air. He quite rightly criticises organisations such as the Board of Deputies of British Jews and the Community Security Trust for their respective failures to deal effectively with Islamic Jew hatred and in cooperating with the worthless taxpayer funded grievance mongers of Tell Mama.

I’ve been aware of Mr Davidson’s blog for a while now but have only recently had the time to dig down more deeply into it. What I’ve found is both fascinating and worrying. It’s fascinating because of the levels of detail in it and worrying to see how deep Leftist and Islamist interests have penetrated into Jewish representative organisations, broadcasters and the UK government.

I’d say that Mr Davidson’s blog should be essential reading for anyone interested in the fight against anti-Semitism and the piss poor way that groups like the CST and the BOD are engaging in this fight. I’d also say that that even if you are not Jewish Mr Davidson’s blog will be of interest to everyone who is concerned about the adverse influence that Islamism and Leftism is having on the way that the United Kingdom is being governed.
