The Whinge of Khan

The Whinge of Khan

The State Visit to the United Kingdom by the US President Donald Trump was from what I could gather, a great success. The President was welcomed with the sort of pomp and ceremony that Britain excels at and I was left with the impression that many more Britons welcomed the visit of Mr Trump than protested against him. It is to be hoped that the visit cements the good feelings that many Britons and Americans have for each other.

The protests against Mr Trump certainly seemed much smaller than last time despite the coverage and tacit support they gained from Britain’s state broadcaster the BBC. The Left who protested quite frankly showed themselves up as the thugs that they so often are. Video of protestors, who mostly appeared to be middle class Leftists, attacking a Trump supporting British pensioner in London went viral and ultimately cost an anti-Trump thug their cushy job in Britain’s National Health Service.

We saw,in connection to the visit of Mr Trump, the usual crap we expect to see from the Left such as the balloon stunt, the moronic sloganeering and the violence. Despite the gobby and arrogant Lefties doing their thing in the context of the visit they were merely annoying and very easy to mock. Most of the protestors were the middle class students and public sector employees who normally turn out on these occasions. Their obvious presence showed, to a certain extent the class divide between the wealthy leftists LARPing as revolutionaries and the bulk of the country who wants nothing to do with such protests or behaviour.

Unfortunately less easy to dismiss with mockery or counter with fact is Sadiq Khan the mayor of Greater London (although not the City of London). This is because Sadiq ‘Saracen’ Khan is an elected leader of the capital of the United Kingdom. He occupies a major political position and has a massive platform given to him by his office itself and via the Labour Party and its various supporters and fellow travellers. At a time when Khan should have been a relatively impartial ‘Mr London’ and welcomed Mr Trump like the honoured guest of the nation that he was, instead Khan used his massive media reach to inflame the anti-Trump feelings and to make a video where Khan spouted the usual left wing talking points about Mr Trump. This video was one long whinge where Khan blathered on about abortion rights, women’s rights and declared that he was a ‘feminist’. This is in spite of being a member of a faith that kills putative feminists in some of the lands that it controls, such as Afghanistan or Pakistan for example. Much of the video whinged on about stuff that was either patently false or highly questionable such as his claim of gender inequality in the USA.

Sadiq Khan has by his actions shamed all of us. His petulant whining and whinging about Mr Trump is the sort of behaviour that can be seen in naughty preschoolers in a nursery. It’s not what we should expect from the leader of the capital city of a nation such as the United Kingdom. The video and the general anti-Trump posturing of Khan was in my opinion an abuse of his office and his position. I was ashamed to see this little man with little to boast about when it comes to political achievements. Mr Trump was correct when he referred to Khan as a ‘stone cold loser’ as Khan has ruled over a London that is afflicted to a much greater degree than it was before he became Mayor, with violent crime and general social degradation. He has failed to fulfil his election promises of more housing or cheaper travel fares and he has badly handled the response to Islamic terror. His environmental policies such as low emission zones have also been a massive job and business killer from what I can gather from those I know still living in Khan’s Krazy Kingdom. Khan’s comment that ‘terror preparations are part and parcel of life in a big city’, made in 2016, came back to haunt him following murderous attacks by Muslims in London. Khan even rubbed Londoner’s noses in the ordure pile that is Islam by overseeing a memorial for the victims of the London Bridge Attack that featured a Muslim group that approves of Female Genital Mutilation. He also allowed Muslims to be the first to lay wreaths to the dead from this Islamic attack, with everyone else, including many non-Muslims, kept back behind barriers.

Khan is an immodest man even though he has much that he should be being modest about. Khan was elected on a quite low voter turnout and it is hoped that the mess that Khan has made of London and the global embarrassment he has been with regards the visit of Mr Trump, will propel voters to get rid of him at the first available electoral opportunity.

We, and especially Londoners, should be ashamed of how electoral apathy (only a 45% turnout) has landed the capital with this useless ‘Pound Shop Spode’. It’s not right that the capital is run by a man who cannot get to grips with crime and social breakdown and who tries to divert attention away from his failures by unjustly attacking the President of the United States.

Hear hear – I was embarrassed for my country by his stance together with Corbyn’s. Thank the Lord they had minimal support. I wish we had someone like Trump leading our country – things would soon be different.
