A small reminder of what ‘hate crime’ laws and ‘intersectionality is bringing us

Dr Martin Luther King's dream of equity has been turned into a nightmare by the intersectionalists and promotors of 'hate crime' woo.

As many will know, I’ve spoken out against ‘hate crime’ and ‘hate speech’ laws for quite a few years now. My main objection to them is founded on their departure from the Biblical instruction that we are to keep honest courts and not sell justice and to not be partial. ‘Hate crime’ laws and intersectionality, that bastard offspring of our debased and leftist infliltrated university system damage that Biblical imperative to treat all before the courts equally. ‘Hate crime’ laws and the ideologies behind them have caused great damage to Britain’s criminal justice system by creatign an utter mess where some British subjects have more legal rights than others.

Well over fifty years ago, a wise man once appealed for a world where his children would be judged on the content of their character rather than on the colour of their skin and by extension, any other immutable part of their identity. This is a desire for a world of fairness and genuine equal opportunities that many reasonable people would go along with. Unfortunately this modern world is one where Dr Martin Luther King Jr’s words have been thrown to one side a world where race or sex or sexuality or whatever takes priority when judging another, over the idea of judgement by the content of character. Genuine legal colourblindness and equity is being utterly destroyed by those who believe that some people deserve to be given the ‘gifts’ of being in a victim class, whilst others do not. I don’t think that what the intersectionalists and those who pushed for the disagreeable and easily abused concept of ‘hate crimes’ have created was what Dr King had in mind, do you?

The whole concept of ‘hate crimes’ does a massive dump of crap on what Dr King saw as necessary and desired equity in human relations. It’s now time for us to press for the removal of these easily abusable ‘hate crme’ laws and elect politicians who will put genuine equity in the law ahead of the mess that treating one group differently from another in law has caused. There are a lot of things that the United Kingdom, its people and its politicians need to sort out post-Brexit and one of those duties is to clean house of all the corrupt and unjust ‘hate crime law’ excrescences that successive governments have either put in place or failed to have the confidence or sense of justice to remove.

  1. Absolutely correct. The worst aspect of these hateful, badly drafted Laws, is that the Police apply it selectively, effectively making it up as they go along. I have PERSONAL experience of this. The police LIE, they threaten, they don’t investigate and don’t get me started on the useless, partial Crown Persecution Service.

  2. These disgusting laws are a sniper’s charter, allowing scumbags to lob accusations, however unsubstantiated, at no cost to themselves, weaponising the politicised police, with innocents thrown to the wolves, coding then a fortune to defend themselves, while the police and CPS effectively have unlimited funds to go after us hapless real victims of this institutionalised state Authorized Systematic Harassment (ASH)
