Quote of the day 23rd October 2020 – Kemi Badenoch hits the spot.

Over the years I’ve come to see the Left as the most racist side of politics. This is because it is the Left who see people in terms of the racial group that they belong to rather than as individuals who should be seen and judged as individuals.

I’m pleased to see that there is at least one Member of Parliament who agrees with me on this point. Kemi Badenoch is being quoted by Conservative Woman as saying this:

Ms Badenoch said:

A Tory equalities agenda, she says, should be based on Martin Luther King’s dream – that people should be judged on the content of their character and not the colour of their skin. “Now, it’s all about the colour of your skin. That cannot be,” she says emphatically. “You can’t pick and choose the rules depending on the colour of someone’s skin. That is what the racists do”.’

Ms Badenoch is 100% correct here. It is the Left that sees Black Britons as some sort of sub-species, it is the Left that judges people by the colour of their skin rather than the content of their character and the Left who have a slave owner mentality towards Black Britons and see them as ‘their’ political property. The Left are the racists and I’m very glad that Ms Badenoch can go somewhere to seeing this as well.

Look at the verbal and physical assaults on black Americans who won’t go along with the Left’s arrogant assumption that African-Americans somehow belong to the Democrat Party.

Following the outrageous and sinister attempts by Twitter and Facebook to influence the outcome of the US election by blocking the circulation* of verifiable information about Joe Bidens’ acceptance of millions of dollars from foreign companies/governments – Philip Anderson, a young black American, organised a protest outside Twitter’s headquarters: For this, he was abused as a n—– by white BLM-Antifa members and had his front teeth knocked out.

Take a look, too, at mixed-race actress Joy Villa giving evidence to a US Congressional hearing, regarding the film-industry black-listing and the flood of racial abuse she received from the “tolerant” Left when it emerged that she’d gone off-script and supported Donald Trump. (see link below, or just search for “Joy Villa Destroys Leftists On Diversity At Congress Hearing”.)

As conservative black commentator Candace Owns has observed, “BLM is just a costume for white people to wear.”

As someone whose parents brought me up to respect the MLK style of colourblindness and to treat others as I would wish to be treated I look at how Black Americans who do not buy into the Left’s racialist victim narrative and I want to weep. The attitude of the Left towards Black Americans does have the whiff of the slave owner about it. To the Dems Blacks ‘belong’ to the Democrats and the Dems do not see Black Americans as being equal in worth. I’ve been watching and listening to independently minded Black Americans for a while now and I’m both seriously impressed with their arguments and appalled at the crap they get from the Left, including the most appalling examples of racial abuse of the sort that you describe.

I was talking with my wife, a former equal opps representative for her former profession about the issue of left wing racism and she is also appalled at the way that racism is far more easily found on the Left than elsewhere these days. She said that when she was at a notoriously left wing university it was always the Left that stood up against racism yet now it’s the Left promoting their own brand of racism.

I saw the Joy Villa evidence before Congress and there was nothing in what she said that I felt I could disagree with. Hollywood seems ok with racial and gender diversity but appears to have a vehement hatred of viewpoint diversity.

I like Candace Owens although I admit that she may have made some decision errors in the past but she seems to have overcome them and talks a lot of sense. She’s dead right on BLM. It’s a costume party for white leftists. BLM seems to be a sort of modern day blackface but one that is acceptable to and approved by the Left. I’m trying to get my local Library to get hold of a copy of the documentary by Larry Elder called ‘Uncle Tom’ all about Black Conservatives. I want to get it through the library as I want others to be able to access it freely as well.

As regards Liberal Hivemind I understand the problems that he is facing and I’ll try to get a ‘share this video’ post up before sunset if I can.
