What are Manchester Council so eager to hide?

There’s an interesting but worrying story that I have found in the Manchester Evening News courtesy of Tommy Robinson over at Parler. It concerns an ongoing legal battle between the grandmother of a young girl who was being sexually exploited and Manchester City Council.  The girl was exploited for two years allegedly by Muslims and who died after being forcibly injected with Heroin by a 50 year old man.

The girl in question, Victoria Agoglia was 15 years old and in the care of Manchester City Council at the time of her death in 2003. Victoria’s death caused Greater Manchester Police to set up Operation Augusta to look into claims of organised sexual abuse by primarily Muslim majority gangs.

However Operation Augusta was shut down in suspicious circumstances after only a relatively short time in 2005. The reason given for shutting down Operation Augusta was said to be ‘financial’ but many suspect that the operation may have been closed down because it opened up a massive can of Islamic sexual abuse worms that local political and police leadership did not want opened. While it was open Operation Augusta uncovered the fact that Victoria Agoglia had been sexually exploited by a number of older ‘Asian’ men who were operating in plain sight around children’s care homes and similar environments. The report into Victoria’s death found out that she had been sexually exploited since the age of 13.

In 2007 there was finally an inquest into Victoria’s death but the coroner at the time laid no blame for Victoria’s death on the local authority, despite as many see now and saw at the time, a patent and obvious failure to keep Victoria safe from exploitation. The result of the inquest was, quite rightly, not acceptable to Victoria’s family and in particular her grandmother, Joan Agoglia.

Further evidence that the original coroner’s ruling had been flawed came from a report into sexual exploitation in Manchester commissioned by Andy Burnham the Greater Manchester Mayor that was published earlier this year. The report said that gangs of paedophiles had been allowed to operate under the noses of police, council workers and social workers.

At one point during Victoria’s short and brutal life she complained directly to her nominated social worker that she was being exploited and forcibly injected with Heroin, but nothing was done about this complaint. It’s plainly obvious to me that nobody in Manchester at the time in positions of authority wanted to have to deal with sexual exploitation of young girls by mainly ‘Asian’, which in Britain is a media codeword for ‘Muslim’, gangs. The police didn’t want to do it, the social services didn’t want to do it and neither did the local authority, Manchester City Council.

However there is now one slim chance that after nearly two decades, there may be justice for Victoria Agoglia. A second, more senior coroner has ruled that Victoria’s grandmother can have the documentation relating to her time in the care of Manchester City Council. This is so that Mrs Agoglia can use them to apply to the Attorney General to have a second inquest into Victoria’s death. What’s really interesting about this case is that Manchester City Council have fought this application for Mrs Agoglia to have the documents all the way. They’ve tried every trick in the book to deny Mrs Agoglia access to these documents, including using the fact that Mrs Agoglia is not ‘blood related’ directly to Victoria and hiding behind specious ‘child protection’ reasons in order to do so.

That Manchester City Council are striving so hard to prevent the release of these documents to Victoria’s grandmother, despite Greater Manchester Police having no objections apart from wanting to redact information relating to current investigations, is suspicious. Greater Manchester Council’s eagerness to keep hold of this documentation may well indicate that there is a whole lot more to come out about this case that may have been suppressed in the past.

Of course we do not know at present what these documents contain, but the fact that the local authority are so keen on hiding them looks decidedly worrying. If I may speculate for the moment, it may well be the case that these documents contain information that the local authority knew that girls were being exploited by Muslim majority rape gangs and did nothing whatsoever to stop it. It may even identify certain movers and shakers in the local authority and in their social work department that deliberately played down Islamic Rape Gang activity in their area and that they may have done so for political reasons. These reasons could either be in order to keep the Muslims voting Labour or to stop Muslims rioting should sexual exploitation cases be brought against members of that community. Whatever the documents contain it is likely to be highly embarrassing for Manchester City Council and even more so because the local police force have basically said to the council we have few objections to this release, you are on your own.

The new inquest, if granted by the Attorney General, might reveal that Manchester City Council deliberately and with volition allowed gangs of Muslims to abuse not just Victoria but who knows how many other young girls in the area. Manchester council are desperate to hide what has gone on and the big questions that I and others have are these: Just what are Manchester City Council hiding and who are the council trying to keenly to protect?

  1. The documents will have been ‘accidentaly’ deleted or can’t be found. After all, multiple filing cabinets can easily vanish over-night

    As can couriered documents

Documents could indeed ‘go missing’ but this has now become so high profile now and the council have been so heavily slapped down by a senior coroner that missing stuff might be noticed. Yes I saw the business about Biden docs going missing from Tucker Carlson and then being found, odd that isn’t it?
