A tale of two bastards.

I was brought up in a law abiding working class family and it was instilled into me that I should respect the police, respect the uniform and what it means and respect the person wearing that uniform. This is something that I can now no longer in all good conscience do.

I’ve seen too much, read too much and heard so much about police malfeasance to be able to set aside my growing concerns about how we are being policed. That’s not to say that I believe that police forces are unnecessary, some form of policing is always going to be necessary, but we are not being policed by consent as laid down in the Peelian Rules pertaining to policing. Instead of being policed by consent what we have now are occupying forces, made up of bullies and thugs and the sort of mindless, conscience-free order followers similar to those that were exposed and shamed before the world at Nuremburg after World War II.

Today I bring you the tale of two absolute bastards who are wearing police uniforms.

The first comes courtesy of the excellent Crimebodge blog and concerns a police sergeant from Dorset Police who goes completely over the top bullying a driver over questions about the colour of their vehicle. As you will see from the video linked below, you will see the officer verbally abusing the presumably innocent driver and even going to the extent of pulling out his baton to threaten the driver with violence. The police officer is heard on the video as saying that he will ‘find something’ to ticket the driver for and at one point implies that the driver will not be able to use freedom of information laws to acquire footage from the officer’s bodycam.

As you will see in the video, Crimebodge factually eviscerates this officer for his attitude and his very poor knowledge of the Road Traffic Acts.

The second group of uniformed bastards are those connected to the arrest of a woman in her 70’s for the ‘crime’ of wanting to remove her 97 year old mother from a care home where the elderly lady was said to be deteriorating. Because of the Government’s laughable and completely useless lockdown policy the family decided to remove their mother and grandmother from the care home and care for her at home before the second useless and pointless lockdown kicked in.

The response from the police force involved, Humberside Police, was not only over the top but highly dishonest. Not only did they send several police officers down to the care home to arrest the nurse who was trying to rescue her mother, but Humberside’s Assistant Chief Police Constable Chris Noble also bullshitted about the case claiming that they had had a ‘report of assault’ at the care home. It was dishonest of ACC Noble to claim this as a ‘report of an assault’ as we all can see and know that this was merely a family wanting to be care for their elderly relative and be reunited with a family member whom they had been unnecessarily parted from for nine months.

These are just two disgusting examples of how badly we are policed. Sadly they are not outliers, they are par for the course in how Britons are being policed. We need police forces in order to prevent and investigate crime, what we don’t need are bullies and mindless order followers like those illustrated.

  1. Congratulations. It may have taken you longer but you are still ahead of the majority who still respect Plod. I too was brought up that way but no longer support them at all. Even as far as to point out to others, including kids, that Plod is not your friend and not to engage with them. There is plenty of evidence out there to support that view..

I used to work closely with the police when I was a court reporter and a photojournalist and even dated a policeman’s daughter for a while. I’ve seen some of the internal workings of plod and knew that they often faced stuff that the average civvy did not, which gave me an additional respect for them.

Now after seeing a multitude of incidents of malfeasance from police officers over the Tommy Robinson situation, the ongoing Islamic Rape Gang problem that plod had to be prodded into tackling, my own experience of ‘thought crime’ arrest and seeing how the police have abused the public during the covid panic, I’ve come to despise them. We deserve better policing than what we are getting from them we really do. I’m hearing stories of how long serving police officers are leaving due to the way that their forces have been turned into playgrounds for politically correct bullies and to be frank I don’t blame them for getting out. The problem is for the public is that soon all we will have left in police forces are politically correct bullies eager to throw their weight around and play the big man and victimise the ordinary civilian.
