The Labour Party panders again.

I’ve written before on here about the Islamic group Muslim Engagement and Development (MEND) group and have come to the conclusion that they should be kept at a very long arm’s length from any sort of political power. It was individuals associated with MEND that are known to have praised Al Qaida associated Islamic clerics and which has complained that not enough mosques in Britain are offering prayers for jihadis. Despite their known associations with Islamic extremism MEND appear to be firm favourites the Labour Party and sadly not just the Corbynite nutcases.

Labour were trounced at the last General Election in part due to the perception of the public that the Labour Party is now little more than an ‘Islam Party’ in all but name. Voters knew that not only was Jeremy Corbyn likely to be aligned to the cultural and economic destroyers of the Metro-Left and hostile to Brexit, but also that Labour would relentlessly pander to the Islamic community and to Islamic interests. Those voters who had the misfortune to live in Red Wall seats with Labour Councils and who saw the pandering that councils were engaged in regarding Islam, looked at Labour and voted against them.

But a defeat in a General Election and a rise in Islamic terror in Europe along with a rise in justifiable hostility to the ideology of Islam on the part of the general public has not lessened the Labour Party’s appetite for pandering to Islamic groups. In this case they are again pandering to the above-mentioned Islamic group MEND.

According to a report over at Guido Fawkes, the Labour candidate for the position of Police and Crime Commissioner for the West Midlands police area has been having a friendly Zoom meeting with members of the MEND group.

Guido said:

Simon Foster, Labour’s candidate for one of the highest profile Police and Crime Commissioner posts – the West Midlands – is seeking to oversee policing in an area covering the UK’s second largest city from May. Which is why Guido’s eyebrows were raised when Foster agreed to join an event hosted by the notorious ‘Muslim Engagement and Development’ (MEND) group. The week the UK’s terror threat level increased to ‘severe’…

Foster has met with MEND despite the normally supine Met Police calling out MEND for being supporters of extremism, one of MEND’s senior office holders approving of the killing of British soldiers and claiming that the Westminster Islamic terror attack which resulted in the death of a police officer was ‘not terrorism. MEND are Islamist scum of the highest order yet it is scum like this that Labour candidates and Labour MP’s choose to associate with.

Labour are not on your side. Labour is no longer the party of the British working classes instead they are on the side of Muslims and Islam only.

  1. I’ve said it before but I think parts (at least) of the Labour party are quite happy to be anti-semites and Islamopanders because of the demographics.
Roughly a quarter million Jews will yield (in their eyes) far fewer votes compared to 3.3+ million Muslims especially when you factor in the postal vote fraud within Muslim communities of which we have seen far too many examples.
So aligning with what they see as “Islamic values” – i.e. those of the orthodox Muslims or Islamists – makes electoral sense given that doing so is likely to cement the “good Muslim” vote.
Again we’ve seen plenty of examples of Labour Muslim MPs and Councillors literally lining up with such types.
