Mad and stabby Islamic convert gaoled.

The Koran, the Islamic 'Big Book of Death' .

Many may recall a horrific stabbing that took place at London Central Mosque in February of this year. A man entered the mosque and stabbed a 70 year old prayer leader in the neck causing a 1.5cm gash. The attack left the prayer leader with some disabilities including difficulties in eating.

At the time of the incident, especially after the attacker was charged and his name was revealed to be Daniel Horton, some on the Left and among Islamic groups whined about ‘Islamophobia’, but it turns out that this is attack was nothing of the sort. What actually transpired was that Horton was yet another catastrophically mentally ill person who became attracted to and then converted to Islam.

Horton, who had a record of violence going back to 2006 for possession of knives and a firearm, domestic violence and criminal damage, was a regular attendee at the London Central Mosque and knew his victim. Horton was charged with wounding with intent to commit grievous bodily harm and possession of a knife in the case of the attack on the prayer leader. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven years in gaol by Judge Deborah Taylor at Southwark Crown Court. The Judge said that despite Horton’s obvious mental illness he was motivated by some sort of animus or ‘anger’ against the prayer leader.

Daniel Horton is yet another seriously mentally disturbed and violent person who has become attracted to and enamoured of Islam. He is also a person who converted to Islam and was accepted by Islam despite what must have been obvious signs that he was not in the least balanced. Some indication of just how mentally unbalanced Horton is comes from a comment he made via his lawyer prior to sentencing. Unusually he refused to be considered for any hospital order and insisted that he was gaoled so that he could ‘learn the koran by heart’ whilst incarcerated. These are not the words of a normal person, they are the words of the sort of sad and mad individuals who seem to be attracted to a faith path that seems to have a worryingly strong track record of gathering to it those who are violently disturbed.

This man is one of a long line of mentally disturbed people who join Islam, possibly because of the aura of violence that surrounds Islam and has ended up being gaoled for a crime of serious violence. The Horton case along with all the other cases where people have converted to Islam and gone straight to jihad or other forms of violence with a religious flavour to them, should make us ask an important question. That question is should those who convert to Islam be viewed with some degree of suspicion? My answer would be this: Whilst not everyone who gets involved with Islam is a violent nutter or someone who will end up carrying out acts of jihad, there is now such a noticeable record of individuals with violent tendencies joining Islam that it could be justified from both a security and a moral point of view to be suspicious of individuals who convert to Islam. After all there are no so many converts to Islam who’ve gone bad that they may well constitute a security risk that needs to be monitored both by the state and by the public as a whole.

  1. Sorry for being off topic, but by my predictions, unless the government acts fast to stop this dreadful virus, it will be with us for at least another two years.

I predict that the government will find a way to protect jobs and businesses though from the end of January as we are coming out of the situation of people becoming unemployed and businesses failing. So I hope Boris and co get their heads down to come up with a plan for then.

I just want to say that the people I know didn’t vote for Brexit to disrupt businesses or put people out of jobs. The reasons they give is that they are really fed up of the amount of foreign people coming over here. It has got better recently according to the people I spoke to, but even today venturing through town there are immigrants begging for money. There were so many of them and they obviously all had the same idea that people give generously at Christmas, but don’t these people take enough from our country?

It’s like natal Brits live in a foreign land where the majority don’t speak English.

I always thought if you fall in love with someone from a foreign country and live with them in their country that is perfectly acceptable. You then learn their language and customs and do your best to fit in.
The same goes if a country has a shortage of certain workers then it’s ok to bring foreigners into the country.
Everyone is also accepting of people that flee violence etc but there is no need to pass through several safe countries just because they believe they can obtain more in certain countries. That’s just greed.

People worldwide should be taught to give rather than take. We can achieve this in our own country by teaching our children that.

Anyway that’s all I have to say.

Again, sorry for being off topic.

Ps. Doesn’t look like masks have worked if cases are escalating does it?

Sorry for being off topic, but by my predictions, unless the government acts fast to stop this dreadful virus, it will be with us for at least another two years.

You are not that off topic. It is almost impossible, unless you administer a very remote island, to stop an airborne respiratory virus. It’s easier to stop Ebola, because it passes mostly through bodily fluids, than it is to stop flu type illnesses. I don’t believe that this government or any government can stop a respiratory virus. I would like to disagree with you over your description of covid as a ‘dreadful’ virus. A dreadful virus would be something like the 1918 flu strain that carried off the young and healthy or ebola or Marburg viris or even HIV when it is uncontrolled and allowed to spread. A virus like Covid that only seems to have a sub 1% death toll and which mainly affects those with comorbidities and where in some places the death toll age band for covid has been greater than the average lifespan does not, in my view, deserve the description ‘dreadful’. The government may have had some excuse for overreaction when covid first appeared, but not now, not when we know it is less lethal than at first assumed. The ‘cure’ of lockdowns, masks and all the rest has not worked today just as it did not work in the past. This cure is also much worse than the disease itself. Locking up people in their houses as was done in 1665 in London didn’t prevent the plague spreading then and doing the same now will not prevent covid spreading.

I predict that the government will find a way to protect jobs and businesses though from the end of January as we are coming out of the situation of people becoming unemployed and businesses failing. So I hope Boris and co get their heads down to come up with a plan for then.

If you are correct then the money to pay for this can only really come from Weimar style currency printing which will be a disaster. I don’t trust Boris one bit now after his previous cock ups over covid. I certainly would not trust that any of Boris’s ‘plans’ would be in any way or the benefit of myself or any other Briton.

Excessive immigration, along with petty and not so petty interference from Brussels were indeed major drivers for the Brexit vote. Sadly no Tory government since 2016 has acted on their promises to control migration.

It’s like natal Brits live in a foreign land where the majority don’t speak English.

In large parts of East London that description is not hyperbole, it’s reality. In Newham for example the percentage of white natal Britons was down to about 17%, Islam dominates this area and its politics and the Labour party cucks to Islam at almost any opportunity. It’s also, so I’ve been informed, an ISIS stronghold. Redbridge next to Newham used to have more Jews than Tel Aviv but an influx of Islam has also brought with it Islamic Jew hatred. Jewish women sometimes too frightened to go to the shops. Islamic influence and influx has changed the political make up from Tory to Labour and it is likely that it is now all but impossible to remove Labour from Redbridge with honest votes due to both the whipped mosque vote and fraudulent postal vote factors.

I always thought if you fall in love with someone from a foreign country and live with them in their country that is perfectly acceptable. You then learn their language and customs and do your best to fit in.

Spot on! Sometimes new customs can be odd seeming. When my wife and I went on our honeymoon to Israel one of the things that freaked me out the most was not the ever present security everywhere or the soldiers with their rifles on every bus, bt a beer tap in a street corner kiosk. Selling beer from a beer pump from a tiny kiosk was so alien to me that it quite freaked me LOL It also often applies to religions as well. I know of several people who have converted to Judaism after meeting a Jewish future partner and becoming fascinated with Judaism.

The same goes if a country has a shortage of certain workers then it’s ok to bring foreigners into the country.

I think that people would be more accepting of this if the majority were only on temporary visas for work.

Everyone is also accepting of people that flee violence etc but there is no need to pass through several safe countries just because they believe they can obtain more in certain countries. That’s just greed.

People in Britain used to be very accepting of those fleeing oppression. Britain probably saved more lives and imported a shedload of future talent with the Kindertransport programme prior to WWII than the American’s managed at the same time. The Syrians, because of their dole poncing, involvement in crime and extremism and the fact that too many of them are committing sex crimes, have worn out the welcome of Britons. A lot of these ‘refugees’ are not refugees at all, they are country shoppers and greedy and entitled ones at that.

Although I’m Jewish myself I was absolutely horrified to see leftist Jewish organisations campaigning for ‘Syrian refugees’ as many of those who were able to get to Britain from Syria were the sharp elbowed ones, the ones with money and connections either familial or criminal and often the dodgy in nature, not those who were genuinely in need. Those poor bastards got trampled on and left behind. I believe that far more good could have been done for Syrians by helping closer to the conflict zone rather than importing them here. You can help more people for the same money in the local area than by importing a few. This would also have protected Britons from the depredations of the Syrians with regards the crime they’ve brought. I was particularly disgusted by Jewish leftists comparing these Syrians (some of whom were not even from Syria) to the Kindertransport children. This was utterly dishonest. The Kindertransport children were facing certain death whereas too many of these ‘Syrians’ were must looking for an easier and more well funded life at others expense. I’ve studied the Kindertransport list and do you know, not one of them tried to blow themselves up on a tube train or join a rape gang or an extremist terror cell, odd that isn’t it?

People worldwide should be taught to give rather than take. We can achieve this in our own country by teaching our children that.

We might teach our children that but not all cultures are the same or equal to one another.

Anyway that’s all I have to say.

Again, sorry for being off topic.
Thanks for commenting- you are not that much off topic.

Ps. Doesn’t look like masks have worked if cases are escalating does it?

The masks have not worked and neither have the lockdowns

My brother and his GF left London today instead of Monday when they heard Boris and Profs Doom & Gloom were giving an announcement at 17:00 today

    Good decision

Most interviewed on C4 News said ‘FO Boris, Whitty etc, we’ll do what we want’

Jobs: Sunak announced on Wednesday: “Furlough until May 2021” – that’s over one year.

And all for a virus where only ~350 people under 65 with no co-morbidities have died

    Under 75 symptomatic have a 99.95% survival

    @FH
When my Swedish fiancée and I went to NI for 12 July, one of the things that freaked her out was the police and soldiers with their rifles in many areas we drove through. She quickly realised nothing to worry about as I was unconcerned.

What freaked her most was at Belvoir park at end of parade – no loos. A local over hearing her said “follow me” – females walking to a wood

That was first time she’d pee’d outside – flummoxed me as I thought Swedes were outside types

+1 on all you both wrote

    • Fahrenheit211 | December 20, 2020 at 7:39 am |

It is both interesting and heartening to hear that people are prepared to tell the MSM that tell Boris and Whitty et al to FO.

Interesting story about your fiancee. It goes to show that what may freak one person from one culture may not freak out another. When I used to live within easy reach of central London it was amusing to go ‘Yank Spotting’ as you could always identify the Americans by the way they obeyed every pedestrian crossing rule whilst the Brits just crossed where they damned wanted. The area near the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square was always good for this LOL.

  3. @Pcar
    Nice to hear from you.
If it’s actually you and not someone pretending to be you then I hope you are doing well.
As you will know, life gives many twists and turns but the secret is to learn. Everything that happens is meant to be. Sometimes bad things happen but you have to struggle on to achieve the good.

Anyway, enough with the preachy stuff. You are right though, many people will be telling the government to f.off for Christmas and beyond. Masks, lockdowns etc. are not doing people any good.
I think we may see a rebellion.

    @FH
Thanks for your detailed reply. I hope you have a fantastic Christmas and New year.
It’s the year of the ox next year. Time for hard work and building.

    Take care

The ‘crossing road’ bit reminded me of a Spectator article earlier this year by a German in London

Why the Brits voted to leave EU – crossing the road

    C4 News – FO Boris
    youtu.be/ql0p-J0L4xo?t=162

    Excellent:
Dutch MEP Derk Jan Eppink hails Farage, Thatcher and Churchill: EU politics have become boring without Britain!
    youtube.com/watch?v=DjwwwONzvBw

talkRadio – what is most strange and alarming is they refuse to tell public Youtube is banning them. Nothing on their site, in media, on Twitter, Facebook, Forums, Blogs. They must be loosing £millions in ad revenue as YT was where many ‘listened’ as not on MW, LW, FM or Freeview
    .

    @F
Thank you and it is me, google x264-Pcar .nfo torrent download : email out there

I try to struggle on, but another kick in the teeth from Gov’t almost daily.

Thoroughly miserable today after talking to mum (80) who was crying due to Christmas banned. She was all set up for entertaining my brother and I on boxing day, now illegal. She lost her 80 party, booked holidays and more and on anti-depressants since September. Now another joy banned and a turkey, cake, pudding, tree nobody will share. Burst into tears again when last spoke.

What Boris, Sturgeon etc are doing is cruel and inhumane – more so when they know they’re lying about risk, mutant etc

    LS has it today

PS Do you use another handle elsewhere?

Wishing all readers and our host a Happy Christmas

  5. @Pcar

I am sorry to hear you can’t be with your mum at Christmas. It is a real shame.
I do think however that anti depressants are not the answer. Usually there is an underlying problem in life that needs to be addressed which is making the person depressed.
I don’t know whether you would consider telling your mum to try CBD capsules from Holland and Barrett but they do the trick for me. I have been taking them a year and I feel great and have never had a days illness.

Another handy tip is I used to exercise a lot when I was younger and the result is I had bad knees in my ageing body. It was painful to walk up steps. I started taking calcium with magnesium capsules and within two months my knees were fine. You can also get those at Holland and Barrett at a reasonable price. So if you know anyone with achy joints, tell them.

Going back to your mum, I am sure she has a lot of life left in her and I am sure she will have many enjoyable times in the future. So I hope all of you do not dwell too much on the doom and gloom of this year. I am really sure your mum loves you very much and has done a good job as a parent.

Yes I do use another handle and I am sure you have guessed who I am, but I am taking precautions as using my usual handle seems to get me in trouble.

I hope you have a fantastic Christmas and New year. You seem to be doing well in your life.

    Take care.

Ps Hi FH. Hope you are well.

  6. @F

Thanks for supportive reply and tips. Mum’s feeling much better today as I found many legal ways for ‘party’ to go ahead, even better they were confirmed by step-father’s Dementia care org who’d called earlier.

Mum finds it very difficult to impossible to countenance not obeying Gov’t rules/laws. I’ve always been a risk taking rebel and said “What harm does it do?” when challenged.

Live and let live, do no harm, be free.

Nope, not worked out who you are: please email me, FH and web have it

    x264-Pcar

    • Here’s the thing. If I email you you must promise it doesn’t lead to another incarceration.
You know exactly what I mean. If you don’t promise then I can’t email you.
If you do promise and break that promise, you’ll be on your own.
      I hope you understand.

  7. “incarceration”? From me? I don’t have a website and not a mod on any blog/site/forum.

I don’t understand, but I won’t report you to whoever you fear. I’m a “Live and let live” guy

Where did we meet? HD, LS, TW, BH, TN, OOL, Arrse… ?

  8. Dear FH.
Can you forward me Pcars email? I would be much obliged.
You can email me on the email supplied.

    Many thanks.

I’m sorry but that would be breaching data protection

      • Ok. Thanks anyway. Sorry Pcar. We will have to leave it as I can’t find your email in cyber world.

        • @Pcar

I am sorry but I have really tried to find your email but I am a technophobe.
I hope you had a good a Christmas day as possible and have a great boxing day and I wanted you to know I am thinking of you.
I know you like to leave little trails for me to find you but I am afraid I am not a very clever person. Things generally have to be straightforward for me.

Anyway I am sure you will make progress in 2021 and you will finally be ‘getting there’.

          Have a lovely day.

          F.

  9. @FH
    Please send @F my email

    Merry Christmas to all

  10. Dear FH

When you email me Pcar’s email address can you remember there is an ‘h’ in the name of my email. Most people miss this out and use my correct name but this was the only name the domain would let me have.

    Many thanks

    F.

  11. @FH
It is ok by me to forward my email address to Pcar if you want. Then he can email me direct .

    @Pcar
I hope your step father is ok. I am sure many people think of him especially at his birthday etc. Or is he too Ill to celebrate?
I know of a person that has a sister that is a bit put out about her brother’s direction in life. I think she can be a bit emotionally immature, but I also believe you can’t stop what feels right.

    Wouldn’t you agree?
