Priorities, priorities.

I see that Kim Leadbetter, who won the Batley and Spen byelection by a measly majority of less than 400 votes, is starting as she means to go on and really tackling the local issues that most concern the local voters. Or rather not.

Here’s a Tweet from this newly elected MP doing her utmost best for her constituency’s ‘postal vote’ contingent.

It’s nice to know that Ms Leadbetter really cares about things like local employment issues, crime, transport, education and teachers who have to live in hiding because of threats from violent Islamic mobs. Do I need a sarcasm sign here or is it quite plain?

It seems that Batley and Spen has got an MP, yet another one, who is more worried about ‘Palestine’ than any thing else.  Sill it’s probably ‘what Jo would have wanted’ isn’t it?    The only good thing about this story is that Ms Leadbetter is being mocked for her strange priorities on her Twitter feed.  Lots of people are quite rightly calling her out for starting out with ‘Palestine’ bullshit rather than the very obvious and very serious problems that need to be tackled in her own constituency.
