Shameful. Why was this dangerous, dishonest failed asylum seeker allowed to remain?

Emad al Swealmeen the fake 'refugee' who all too easily became a jihadist and who was left in Britain even though he had no right to be here.

As time has gone and as an inquest has taken place, we start to learn much more about the Jihadist who carried out a bombing attack on the Liverpool Hospital for Women and Children on Remembrance Sunday of 2021. What we’ve learned so far is that Emad al Swealmeen, the Jihadist who killed himself in the failed attempt to kill innocent women and children, was still in the UK despite having been refused asylum in the UK six years prior to the attack.

In addition to the fact that this bastard had not yet been removed it is now very clear that he pretended to convert to Christianity in order to try to remain in the UK but was still a practising Muslim. He had also racked up a worryingly serious criminal record in the UK for possession of an offensive weapon and had previously been gaoled in Iraq for a serious assault on another person.

This Jihadi savage had entered the UK legally from Jordan but had later put in an asylum application where he claimed falsely that he was from Syria. Immigration authorities found that he was not eligible for asylum in the UK and had been thoroughly dishonest about his claim.

What’s particularly galling about this particular dishonest jihadi savage is that even after the Home Office refused to allow him to remain in the UK the taxpayer via the Home Office was still paying for him to be accommodated in the UK up until April 2021. The Home Office knew that he wasn’t entitled to be in Britain and knew where he was because the Home Office was paying for his accommodation yet few steps it seems were taken to rid Britain of this bastard before he went and decided to become a jihadi bomber. There were it seems ample opportunities to rid Britain of this dangerous, violent and mad individual but nothing was done. Truly the Home Office is unfit for purpose.

What worries me is what if al Swealmeen is just the tip of the iceberg? How many other potentially dangerous violent savages like al Swealmeen are in Britain in similar positions, refused residence but still being housed by the taxpayer? If the al Swealmeen case is any indication of the wider situation then it’s quite likely that there might be many other dangerous Islamic headcases like him living in our towns and cities and being paid to live amongst us by the Home Office and not being removed. I fear that it will only be a matter of time before the next al Swealmeen crawls out from the taxpayer funded woodwork and commits another atrocity maybe one worse than occurred in Liverpool.

It should not be too much to ask the Home Office that they remove those who shouldn’t be in the UK from the UK. Sadly it seems to be the case that although the Home Office may make decisions to remove dangerous fake asylum seekers they fail to carry out those decisions and this makes it more likely that the next al Swealmeen will pop up with a desire to kill all too soon.

  1. It’s quite a few years since the HO was labelled, “Unfit for purpose”. Nothing has changed, it still is.
Pollies come and go, but the civil servants continue serenely on their way, untroubled by policy changes.

  2. “How many other potentially dangerous violent savages like al Swealmeen are in Britain in similar positions, refused residence but still being housed by the taxpayer?”

Well just for 2021 it was 24,352 failed asylum applications but don’t worry we managed to deport 10 of them, so if we close the borders completely and deport them at the same rate then we’ll be completely safe in around 2,450 years from now.

  3. And still we have people who say they can’t understand why so many have lost all faith in our political class. I honestly think “a plague on all your houses” is quite a reasonable view of UK politics today.
