Another dead baby and more grieving parents. Britain’s third world healthcare system again.

The woefully misnamed ‘envy of the world’ strikes again. Another dead baby and another lot of grieving parents. All because the NHS Midwifery services decided to follow a ‘vaginal birth only’ cult.

Sky News said:

The mother of a baby who died at a maternity unit under investigation for failings has told her son’s inquest that she felt neglected and her request for a caesarean section was ignored.

Quinn Lias Parker was born at Nottingham City Hospital on 14 July 2021. He died two days later.

The inquest into his death has heard that his mother Emmie Studencki went to hospital four times with bleeding in the late stages of her pregnancy.

On the fourth occasion the bleeding was so severe she was taken by ambulance.

In a statement read to the inquest she described how once in hospital she experienced the “worst pain I’ve ever felt”.

She said several medics were called and an emergency caesarean section was discussed but then a decision was taken to continue monitoring.

She said at that stage “I mentioned that I wanted a caesarean section” adding: “I questioned why I couldn’t have a caesarean section. I felt neglected, my pain ignored, my wishes ignored.”

The lady begged for a Caesarean, she knew she needed a Caesarean but the medics, in thrall to a vaginal birth only cult, refused.

Are you still clapping for Britain’s National Incompetence and Cruelty service? If you are then maybe you should stop and start being ashamed of what you are clapping for.

  1. Where is this coming from, if I may ask? What real is evidence is there that the NHS is denying Caesarian Sections and putting mothers and babies at risk through an undue promotion of ‘natural births’?

My third grandchild was born in St Thomas’s London in 2014, my daughter wanted a natural birth and even had the birthing pool lined up, but as soon as it was picked up that the baby was in distress she was taken straightaway for an emergency C-Section.
