Maybe it’s all of them? Why not all of them?

Sometimes a parodist whilst making fun of a particular person, action or political current can illustrate or highlight an important truth or ask a question that needs answering. One example of this comes from the Zara Croft Twitter parody account.

In the context of the European Court of Human Rights decision to tell the Government’s to not process illegal migrants in Rwanda, a flawed policy I do admit as a) it doesn’t remove a sufficient number of undesirable illegals and b) we will probably end up with Rwandan undesirables in return, the Zara Croft account tweeted this poll to answer the question of ‘who governs Britain’.

It’s an interesting list*. The problem is that there is not any one of the entities in this list who are the primary cause of the collapse of the scheme to deal with Britain’s increasing problem of illegal migration. It’s all of them and then some.

The problems I have with Zara Croft’s list is first that it is not long enough. There are oodles of Establishment types and Left entities that could go on this list but I understand that Twitter limits poll options. The second issue is that it is a shame that there is no option for ‘all of them’ as they all play a part in Britain’s illegal immigration scandal.

* I occasionally used to drink socially with some ‘bottom dwelling trots’ and I can confirm that even though some of them might be personable and ostensibly nice, I wouldn’t trust many of them to sit the right way around on a toilet or run a whelk stall unless of course I wanted the whelk stall bankrupted.
