Perfect for Labour but a disaster for the rest of us.

It appears from news reports that the director of the pro-illegal migrant organisation Detention Action is going to stand as the Labour candidate in the constituency of Hastings and Rye. Bella Sankey announced on social media that she had been chosen by the local Labour Party branch to be their candidate.

I must say that Ms Sankey looks to be the perfect fit for what the anti-British Labour Party has become. She’s in favour of open borders and has, whilst working for one pro-illegal migrant group, campaigned to stop convicted foreign rapists, murderers and attempted murderers being deported from the UK.

When Ms Sankey stood for election in 2019 as the Labour candidate for Arundel and South Downs constituency, she was backed by Sir Keir Starmer, then Shadow Secretary for Exiting the European Union and now Labour leader. This is the sort of anti-British open borders activist whom Labour and those who now lead it, favour. This candidate might be right for what Labour is today, but they are unlikely if elected to be of any use to anyone apart from her pet migrants.
