Another Trans fiend.

Those who claim to be transgender are a tiny minority of the population. But it is becoming an increasingly inescapable fact that those who describe themselves as ‘trans’ seem to be committing an awful lot of sex crime, the sort of sex crime that is much more associated with men rather then women. The high number of trans sex beasts really shows the claim that trans women are women to be completely dishonest.

Another trans fiend has been brought before the courts in the UK, one Dominic Risdon who also goes by the name of Lexi-Rose Crawford. Crawford, aged 24 has been sentenced to nine years in gaol for raping a vulnerable friend. Crawford had not long before the attack been released from gaol on licence after serving a four year sentence which he was given after being convicted of raping and sexually assaulting a fifteen year old girl. #

In English and Welsh law, rape is an offence that can only be committed by a male, yet during the court proceedings the Judge and the prosecution and defence counsel Crawford was referred to as ‘she’. Rape is not a crime that can be committed by a women, a sexual attack that involves penetration needs a penis in order to be able to be classed as rape. Anyone with any common sense would know that women do not have penises. This is not a woman’s crime, it’s a man’s crime.

If there is any comfort to be taken in this story it is that despite the court staff colluding in the lie that Crawford is female by referring to him as ‘she’, this rapist will serve his sentence in a male prison. At least he’s not going to be put in among women prisoners most of whom will be serving sentences for non-violent offences.

  1. Yes, but you seem to be ignoring that most sex crimes are commited by men without a gender change identity, and that within the trans community offenders make up only a minisclue proportion.

I agree that men make up the majority of sex offenders and that’s just what these trans offenders are, men. For a tiny, sub 1% subset of the population the trans types certainly seem to produce an awful lot of nonces and other sex offenders. Part of that may be that because with some individuals they may be dominated by two paraphillias paedo/ephebiphilla and autogynaphilla.

      • Yes, but may I present you with an elderly trans woman Michelle who is 80 years of age and 5’3″, with a GRC. We have been debating about the self ID on social media and she is now shitting herself that if the ‘clarification’ goes through she will be regarded as male and forced into men’s spaces which would put her at a considerable risk of assault.

I’m afraid that there will always be hard and emotive cases like this. The big question for me is how to balance the needs of the tiny number of genuine transsexuals that exist, like this person and my ex GF, with the rights and needs of the 50% of the population that is natal female? It’s this fact that keeps me from full throatedly joining the calls for a repeal of the GRA. What’s interesting is that part of the reason for the introduction of the GRA was because at the time there was no civil partnerships or same sex civil marriage which put transsexuals in a bit of a limbo position. An MTF could not marry a man at the time nor could an FTM marry a woman. I’ve seen some feminists argue that if there were civil partnerships or same sex marriage earlier on then there would be less justification for the GRA.

Maybe if GRC’s had been reserved for the tiny number of genuine transsexuals and more care had been taken to gatekeep the sex reassignment procedure the sort of excesses that we see today might not have happened. The bulk of the problems such as women being harassed and forbidden to speak about vital issues such as safety and privacy are coming from trans activists of a different and more self entitled generation than the sort of people you and I have interacted with for whom transition, imperfect as it is, was ‘the last chance saloon’ for them.

I think that clarification may not that adversely affect the decent and responsible trans individuals but it might stop some seriously disturbed and dangerous men claiming trans identity to gain access to women’s refuges and other similar places. What does need to be tackled and tackled hard is the idea of self ID, as this policy is far too easy for predators, fetishists and those who get off on stuff surrounding non-consent (ie being where they should not be) to endanger women and girls.

It should be possible, even if Parliament takes the view that the original GRA was a mistake and votes for repeal, for those who are already in possession of a GRA to have that status continue.
