As per my previous article here is the second of two Quotes of the Day pieces on the murder of Henry Nowak and the utterly disgraceful way that the police handled this case. This one is from Professor David Betz of Imperial College London. Professor Betz is correct we have in the removal of trust of the authorities by the people, the growth of anarcho-tyranny, the two tier policing and the collapsing of confidence in the government all the ingredients for civil conflict.
