Tomorrow is the 4^th July and it’s America’s 250^th Birthday. As I do my utmost not to write on a Saturday as it’s my regular day off, this particular Briton wants to take this opportunity, a day early, to wish all my American friends and readers a very happy 250^th Independence Day.
