I’ve lived long enough to see a change in the type of person who governs Britain. A change from politicians who although they may have strong convictions also had a desire to do their best for the general public and the nation as a whole. This sort of politician has been replaced to a very great extent by those who are only motivated by power and base motives. We now seem to be run by not the best of people, but the worst.
I recently found a video that appeared to sum up the sort of political environment that we live under in Britain today. The subject was of Kakistocracy or rule by the very worst in society. Although this video was clearly slanted towards viewers in the United States, there was much that I recognised about a Kakistocracy from how Britain is run today. What do you think? Does this video speak to us in Britain about how we are governed?
